The service tech was wonderful. He explained all that was done in the car and why and he also shared the back orders for certain parts and asked hat I check with him monthly to see if the part is in. I had a very good experience with all I came into contact with.

Amanda at Perry Ford was great to work with. No pressure throughout the entire process. She was super patient with us as we were there for our daughter’s first car purchase. I accidentally came in a day before my scheduled appointment, and not only were they incredibly kind, they also helped me out (so I didn’t have to travel with my newborn two days in a row). The service was quick and done well. Will definitely come back!

My husband and I bought a new Ford Maverick Hybrid truck and welove it!Amanda, the sales agent was wonderful! Answered all our questions, and she was helpful in assisting us choose the accessories we wanted. She made the whole process fun!Also, Perry Ford is dog friendly and everyone was very good to our pup.Thank you, Amanda and Perry Ford for making our purchase such an enjoyable one!

Bought my 2002 Ford Ranger pickup from perry Ford. But waited to give a review of anything until I got too Arkansas. It did wonderful on my way here and I've been using it much like a farm truck.I am not gentle with my vehicles therefore the paint is scratched, and it's obviously showing signs of being used.Whats the use of a vehicle if you don't use it like another piece of heavy equipment. Just my way of thinking it's a wonderful vehicle and I expect that I will own it for the next part of my life and use it much like a tractor. However I am pleased with my purchase and the price I paid was well worth the investment. The sales man was adept and was ready to deal with me during my hour's which were unusual to say the very least. He was very Old school. Which I found to be excellent in every aspect as I did most of the dealings through texting and Only arrived at the dealership on the day I got it and drove it away. If I were to come back to California. I would again use their dealership simply for ease of purchase. That said I highly recommend them and their vehicle and their no pressure sales approach.

I just purchased a used F150 from Perry Ford and what a great dealership experience. When I found the truck online I sent an email to confirm the truck was still there and Mike Barnes replied. He was quick to answer, and to reply all my follow on questions. I told him when I would be at the dealship for a test drive to which I was early, but he already had the truck ready and waiting for me outside and off we went. He was then able to answer even more questions I had after. He even stayed late to get the deal done! I would refer all to him after the experience I had.

We took our truck in for service and for issues with the computer system. WiFi not connecting. They make us feel dumb and tell us that the WiFi is on and that it needs to remain on. I get the truck home and the WiFi is not on same issues. They did not fix the problem with the Wi-Fi. Not to mention everytime I go in for a service they say about an hour to an hour and a half and it ends up being an all day event with no phone calls for updates or anything. So then my husband calls to talk to their service manager Jeremy. Jeremy makes an appointment with my husband for the following week to drop it off for four days while he's out of town for work. They have the truck for four days! When do they decide to look at it??? Not until the day he supposed to pick up his truck!!! He's on a 4 to hour drive home from Newport and they will not call him back to give him a status on his truck at all. We had to call and actually threaten to call the police that our truck has been stolen because they would not call us back. After that, they finally call and they didn't look at the truck until that afternoon just to figure out that there is a part and it does need to be ordered. So we got our truck back next day and still not fixed waiting for parts.

This was a pleasant experience with Brian and Mike! Not only was the facility extremely clean and inviting, they were very transparent and did not make me feel pressured at all! As a woman buyer, I did not feel uncomfortable at all, there was no "hard negotiating" required, and the guys made sure I got a great deal on the vehicle and with the financing. Ladies, I highly recommend Mike and Brian if you're looking for a new car! 10/10 recommend and looking forward to more purchases here!

Took our car in for an airbag recall, which went totally fine. When they inspected the car in the process, they found what they told us was some urgently needed work, and called to let us know. We approved $1000 worth of work, which felt high for the job but we figured we'd live with dealership rates to get the job done. When we went to pick up the car, they gave us a bill for $1600. They didn't give us a heads up at any point, and couldn't explain what had changed to lead to the extra $600 charge, but made clear that the work was done so if we wanted our car back we had to pay the full amount. Felt like a hostage situation.

Perry Ford Lincoln of San Luis Obispo I have to say is the best dealership I have had the pleasure of working with! The staff are are thorough, knowledgeable, very organized, and so easy and nice to work with. Our family was able to order and purchase a vehicle in one afternoon. Amanda, made our whole experience fun and non-stressful. She was very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. We really appreciate all the staff at Perry Ford Lincoln SLO for giving us a great experience. Our family highly recommend Perry Ford Lincoln SLO. If you want to have a nice and non-stressful experience purchasing a vehicle, this is definitely the dealership to go to. Not all dealerships are created equal. I recently had an experience at this dealership in the service department that is making me rethink Ford products and Ford in general. The service manager was to say the least confrontational rude to both my wife and myself on two separate occasions. The ordeal started when I took my daughter's Ford fiesta 2016. It had an intermittent issue and they told me it was the battery which I know it wasn't but at the cost of almost $900 they replaced it and I was optimistic. Within hours the problem came back intermittent failure will not start. I took it back to them they had a confused look on their face and said at this point they had no idea what was wrong with it. I explained to the gentleman that I have looked up the error code and there was a software / hardware issue and it had nothing to do with the battery. They disagreed with me. I asked him to please reload the software and then verify the symptom. They reloaded the software told me it was fine drove it home wouldn't start again. At this point I was incredibly frustrated because this is my daughter's vehicle and I don't want a 16 year old getting stuck somewhere that I wouldn't be comfortable being stuck myself. I called the service manager the service manager never called me back so I decided to go to a different dealership. Ironically by mistake I ended up calling SLO Ford thinking I was calling this other dealership got a chance to talk to the manager confronted him and of course he was a jerk. Never again will I go back to this dealership and I don't recommend you go either there's a better dealership down the street. Ford in Arroyo Grande. This dealership has fixed the vehicle they were incredibly resourceful and kind and made me feel like I was worth something to them. Perry Ford may not realize this but I own a company and we used to have 16 of their vans now we are down to three and we continue to cycle them out with their competitor. I'm not a fan at the moment I hope that Ford gets its act together.

I was shopping for a used truck for the last 6 months so I’ve been to plenty of dealerships around central and Southern California and even Salt Lake City. Jim was a great salesman. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very helpful. I really appreciated his style of sales. Brian in finance was amazing. Without getting into details, I had a difficult situation but he was able to help me out and went above and beyond. I can’t speak for anyone else who work there but those two I really appreciate. Oh and they don’t charge you all those nonsense fees other dealers tack on.

Harvey Green and Perry Ford are best! They went above and beyond for me and were able to get me behind the wheel of a new F-250 ASAP which was a tremendous help considering the fact my other truck was down with a blown motor.Harvey answered all my questions regarding the truck, sent pictures and went over all available financing options.The entire experience was a pleasure. I will be back the next time I’m in the market for a new truck and will definitely recommend Perry Ford to all my family and friends.

My car was painted by Perry Ford. It had been done because there was a paint recall thru Toyota , who paid for the paint job. They gave me a rental from Hertz. When I returned the car I asked the body shop manager if he wanted me to return the car to Hertz, and he said he would drop it off for me. He helped me transfer my things from the rental back to my car and saw that the rental was in perfect shape. Later I received a call from Hertz saying my rental car was returned with a huge slash in the driver's seat. I am a small woman, don't carry sharp objects on me, and only drove that rental car to my home. I called Perry Ford to explain what Hertz had told me. Perry Ford promised that they would call Hertz and take care of the charges ($275). Now I see the charges on my visa. I have repeatedly called Perry Ford, as they are the ones who returned the car in perfect condition and managed to somehow damage it along the way. They haven't kept their promise to cover the costs and I feel they are dishonest. Hildy Gal
