PJ, the owner, continues to provide excellent post sales help and service which has been GREATLY appreciated. Pacific is our go to business for all of our needs. Highly recommend them.

I am not having a good experience with this company. They have made so many mistakes. One or two small mistakes, OK. I forgive and understand. I like to support small business. But they have made many large and small mistakes and I am still waiting for them to fix things. 1. When they started putting in my bathroom tub, the technician took off the nozzle of my bathtub and water was RUSHING in fast and starting filling up the tub. When it got to one or two inches to the top I panicked and screamed at him "turn off the water"! I had to bring buckets to the bathtub and dump them in my shower (shower could not handle that much water). My heart was racing and almost slipped and fell. Finally he shut off the water but really, they should be more professional. I almost had a heart attack and my home was almost flooded. 2. After picking out my tile, they started installing with the WRONG tile. Had to take out and remove. 3. The grout on my bathtub was CRACKING within months. They used the wrong caulking. HOw could they not know this? I asked another technician to put in the right caulking and he did but why didn't they do it correctly the first time? 4. Shower door grief. First, they ordered a shower door for me that really wasn't functional for my needs. I needed a door that opened on BOTH sides or else I have to go in and risk burning myself with hot water. They didn't even think of this, to get me a door that suited my situation. Finally they put in the wrong type of door, it was beautiful but not great for me, anyways, it started leaking. Every time I showered water came out under the door. I told them about it and they didn't know what to do. At all. So they removed the door and put in a double door. Yes the double door was better for me but some of the tile was marred because of it and holes in the wall. I wasn't thrilled about that and George did not warn me about this. I am glad they fixed the door but they should have given me some kind of recompense for the marring of the tile. Now the grout is cracking in the shower AGAIN (have they not learned what grout to use?) Even after I had them redo the bathroom one? And the "fix" for the holes in the wall is falling out. 5. Yes, there is more! The shower in my bathtub continually leaks even when I have the nozzle on the bathtub spout down. So when you are taking a bath a constant waterfall of water coming down. So I am trying to tell George he doesn't really believe me. He thinks it's the shower head. Um no. I take off the shower head and there is a steady stream of water falling down. I get a plumber out and the plumber confirmed the problem. They used PEX piping instead of copper causing a slowing of the water so it's forced up above OR they put in the valve upside down. I am trying to get George to address this before I cannot find the same tile (they are going to have to break in shower tile). I am an understanding person. I support contractors in general but these were way too many mistakes. If I have to I am going to call the Contractors Board. I am a bit angry at this point. No apologies for any of these hassles and I have anxiety about not finding my tile again once they break into bathtub wall. On the positive side the bathrooms do look nice, the technitions are nice and pleasant (sometimes they can't speak any English) but really this is too much.

I would highly recommend the staff here. They are very knowledgeable and helped me find parts to fix my shower. Great communication and friendly!

Over the years we've spent about $4,000 with PCK&B. The showroom is excellent and choices also excellent.PCK&B also provides or will order replacement parts. Recently an internal shower cartridge/value they sold our plumber failed after 9 months. PCK&B declined to replace it, which was disappointing because the failed part also cost us about $250 in plumbing fees.Luckily I was able to find the same part on Amazon (I'm stocking up on these guys now) where it is being sold for quite a bit less than what we were charged by the combination of the plumber and PCK&B.

Their prices are also lower than the same products elsewhere.We had shipping problem in the past due to Covid but they gave us a refund right away. Thank you and we will be back for our next project.

The Best! P.J. and his staff actually care! And they’re super knowledgeable to boot! My wife and I Had visions for our bathroom remodel that were hard to find examples of, even on the internet. But P.J. Knew exactly what we needed! He quickly got us a detailed list of everything we needed with prices, photos and specs. It was like Christmas morning opening all the boxes! I truly believe this business will be on the central coast for the rest of my life, which is huge for me! Not only supporting local businesses but also being confident that someone will be there to help if I ever do have any issues(which at this point, I’m very confident that I won’t!) I wanted fixtures that will last as long as my house and that’s exactly what I got!Don’t be fooled by the stuff that they sell at the big stores. Just because it might have the same name on it, does not mean it’s the same quality! I knew from the first moment I picked up one of the boxes that contained one of our fixtures, that it was of better quality! Heavy, built to last, machined brass and stainless, instead of cheap plastic!

Nice people to help you here. Merchandise is mid to up scale in quality and selection. Have good parts selection (or they will try to get it for you) on items they sell.

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had. I ordered a sink over 3 weeks ago. They charged me to ship it from NJ which was surprising most companies ship fir free if they don't have the product in their inventory. It was supposed to be here before Christmas. I asked them to call me when they had tracking information so I could schedule the plumber. I'm also coordinating other workers since I'm remodeling. They have never call me. I have had to call them several times a week and they always tell me they will call me back with tracking info but haven't done that once. So I continue to call them. Finally After 3 weeks I found out that the sink hadn't even left NJ and they didn't know when it would ship. This is after I was told multiple times it would be here by December 29th. I asked for a refund which I was told by the owner PJ, he would process that same day. I was able to find the same sink at Ferguson's which I received in 4 days. It was cheaper to begin with and they didn't charge me to ship It directly to my home. Pacific coast was shipping to their store and then I would have to pick It up. It's now another week and still no refund. I can't even get PJ to call me back. I have very serious health issues and do not need this kind of stress in my life. I know they don't card at all about me as a customer but I will never buy anything else from this company. It's not worth the aggravation. Now I have to get an attorney to get involved so I can get my money back. As of now, I have no sink and they still have my money. So frustrating.
