The name of this shop does not do it justice. They provide top tier services and are some of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to power equipment. The employees here are very approachable and easy to talk to, so you can get exactly what you want and leave happy. Special shout-out to Art, Jayven, and Luis, who are always happy to help .
They helped me find parts for my old dr brush mowers in a timely fashion . They have one of the biggest selection of weed eaters and other lawn equipment I have seen anywhere.

I can't say enough about this shop. My only regret is that I hadn't stopped in sooner. On my visit, I learned that there is a wide range of quality when it comes to power tools and that they don't even carry the garbage line of tools you find at Hardware stores. They carry professional grade tools, and while they cost more, these tools are far superior in every way and will last many years. I also want to mention how helpful the staff are, they took the time to answer all my questions and encouraged me to handle the tools to see what felt right. I couldn't be happier with my FS131, and the tips they gave me will keep it running for years

Brought in a generator for servicing. I was helped unloading and loading, the service was performed quickly, and the cost was fair and as quoted. Very satisfied.

If these guys were TV repair men they would fix any TV and it would have more channels that didn't even exist! If these guys engineered Covid vaccines you wouldn't need a booster! If these guys made benches, they would feel like couches! I can't say enough about this place. The staff (all of them) are exceptional at what they do. I love this place!If these guys ran the U.S. Postal Service, they would put UPS, FedEx and OnTrack out of business! If these guys made computers, there wouldn't be computer viruses! If these guys repaired vacuums they would suck ... and wouldn't at the same time!

This review is a long time coming and unsolicited by the team at Noble Power Equipment to write this. I am writing this because what I have experienced over the years working with them is the very definition of customer service. Noble treats you even better than you expect to be treated. From the minute you walk in you are treated like family. Tim, the owner is incredible. Derek is equally as amazing. Their support team and the crew that fix the products are all top notch as well.. I have purchased high end products from them for years but by no means do I consider myself a regular customer (meaning, I am loyal to them but I am not in the industry that would be needing their products daily or weekly). However, they treat me like I am there top customer. They remember me and go above and beyond every single time I am in their store (again, not often). If you are buying power equipment from the big brand stores, stop and give them a try. Tim and team will work to earn your business. They are the best and should be the model of how all business treat customers.

Bought a mower from them. I brought it back a year later for service. The mechanic told me the carburetor needed to be replaced and that it would fail soon. I did not use his advice and walked out. My mower is running fine. He was trying to sell me service that was not needed. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had our Honda generator stolen at pismo NB serched the web and Noble had the best price and there staff was amazing. Family owned and they made us feel like family. Thay put oil and fuel in it to get it started and registered it for the warranty all before we left. Wish we lived closer we probably would have purchased a lawnmower too. Price and selection beat Home Depo, Lows, and Amazon! Loved Noble Power Equipment!
