I was referred to this place of business to have my windshield replaced. I am new to the area. I called and received a quote and thought it was decent, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. They were able to get me in the very next day, that should have been my first clue as to what I was about to walk into. Little did I know that the owner and the so called office manager are the rudest and shadiest set of people I have ever encountered. Their installer is super sweet and I hope that he finds a better place to work. Their voicemail is constantly full, text messages are constantly ignored. And when explaining that to them they have the 'who gives a crap' attitude. Jackie is rude and unprofessional. Steve constantly harasses via text messages. They will call you relentlessly at your place of business and home, as well as show up unannounced. No one should have to deal with such unprofessionalism and the bullying that they choose to do. I will never use this company again. So completely unprofessional. Never again... they are also tied to Westside Auto Supply. Everyone, with the exception of the installer, are completely unprofessional and shouldn't be in business. I have filed a claim with the BBB as well as with the County for harassment.

This is a great place to do business with, I have used this National Auto glass twice now. Both times, technicians took great care, no leaks no wind noise, will keep doing my business with them.

Mae Experience was horrifying. On the that I was scheduled to have my windshield replaced no one showed neither was there any communication. I spoke to Steve and Jackie multiple times. After being moved around to a different time slot they did not show up at the time expected. Finally, the installer finally showed up with the wrong windshield. Jackie was not professional enough to ask me all the question that needed to be ask to prevent such a mistake or mixup. Steve was not consisderate enough to understand me as a customer. I highly recommend the company called Magic auto glass. Magic auto glass did a excellent job on my windshield, there was great communication with Nicolas from the jump. There was professionalism as they kept their word!

Was willing to work with me on price. Had a very pleasant office lady that let me hang out what they fixed my window for an hour. Gave me several options. Offer to have somebody drive to me to fix my window.

I was seriously appalled today when I tried to make a repair appointment. Your receptionist is so rude and I will now be taking my business elsewhere. That girl needs some phone etiquette and to brush up on her customer service skills. How disappointing! I have NEVER been treated that way. I hope your calls are recorded!

Steve did a great job on replacing my Subaru windshield. Took him around 2 hours to finish, quoted me much less than other shops. Everyone in the office was nice, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

these guys are the best, I called another company, they said it would be 5 days before they could get to my truck. Keep in mind, this is my work truck and I need to get on the road as quick as possible. These guys replaced my windshield and window the next day I also have lumber racks on my truck in there filled with work materials right now, and the installer said, that would be no problem at all, took care of it, I highly recommend this company I'm already back on the road back to workServices: Windscreen repair

These guy's are the best! I called another company, they said they couldn't get there for 5 days. These guys showed up the next day, fix my window and windshield. keep in mind, this is my work truck and I need to be on the road as quick as possible and the install is kind of tricky because I have lumber racks on my truck and they are filled right now with work supplies and the installer said it's no problem! I highly recommend these guys great job thanks again

I called them to see if I could make an appointment to replace my windshield and it kept going to voicemail although they were open. I called about 2 times when someone picked up and said “ you keep calling! What can we help you with?!?!?”I was like “ oh, wow, I’m sorry I bothered you, have a nice day”.I seriously could not believe that service. Do they not want business? Absolutely disappointed.

Besides, not being on time. The receptionist, whom was very rude and did not look at me once charged me much more than my bill. I told her this and this lady threw a fit. Then the owner, Steve/ or manager/ or whomever also had a problem with them over charging me but fixed it because I told him to. Steve was lying to me telling me that he never gave me a quote when I was holding it in my hand. If you feel like getting ripped off with terrible service- please visit National Auto Glass on Prado.

National Auto Glass in SLO was awesome. Especially Jacqueline! She was so friendly and accommodating. It is never fun to have to get a windshield replaced, but she made the process easy and kept me up to date every step of the way. Her friendly customer service would make me want to use them again for anything else I may need done.

Had a rock chip in my windshield, called National auto glass and received excellent customer service from Jackie who provided information, and best price in town for repair. Steve, the owner, repaired my windshield while I waited and everyone in the store was genuinely helpful and nice. Also got to experience a business owner with a genuine interest in helping people. I highly recommend their glass service along with their auto parts store!
