I hate to give a one star review because I have no had trouble with any products other than paint from NAPA, but my experience using their paint has been truly a nightmare, the reasons why are as follow:
1: the paint is expensive, I had previously bought 5 12 oz. Aerosol cans for my project, totaling $150, I was not told the price before buying and they do not accept returns. I understand why they have been his policy, and it would’ve been fine if I was simply told the price before purchasing, and could’ve simply bought more affordable paint. Unfortunately, I was not told the price or that they don’t accept returns until after they had already made the paint. And after going back because I needed a angle can to finish my project, they had raised the price by $10, and once again did not tell me so, I ended up paying $42 for that single can.
2: The orange peel is atrocious, I’ve use their paint on two projects and both times the orange peel, as a result of the poor atomization from the can, has left me with a painted piece I simply cannot display. Not only this, but 3 of the 6 cans came clogged from the store.
3: The paint itself is extremely messy, I’m not sure why, but the paint sets like a sort of adhesive dust, covering my floor and my skin and hair, (it does not wash off easily, even with fast orange automotive soap) making my workspace extremely uncomfortable and making keeping the rest of the area round it difficult from being coated aswell.
I would advise anyone considering doing a custom paint job on any project to avoid these cans at all costs, not to say anything of the paint quality itself which is acceptable and should perform well if used in an actual spray gun. I have had much better results using $10 rustoleum cans.

we were looking for a part that they didn't have in stock. Mark went out of his way to call Westside Auto and when they didn't have it either, he looked online and found what would work for us on Amazon!! so grateful!!

this was the worst customer service ever. My sister placed an order online two days ago and they should've had it ready. I walk in there's at least five people working there. I would say working in loose terms because one on the phone, the other one standing talking chitchatting with some other person ones hiding in the back one hiding in the corner by the register nobody's acknowledge I'm eating there on my huffing and puffing in like on the phone saying there's no customer service and I'm about to leave. They said I will be with you in a minute and I said no you just lost at least two customers now it's gonna be more than that because of this review they suck.

The sales associates actually know about cars. They can look at belts and tell you what they came off of, bring in a part they will help you find a replacement. These guys are old school know about cars.

Found NAPA Auto Parts because of our AAA Technician. Bob referred and so grateful he did. Called NAPA directly. Technician was very responsive, professional and helpful. He located what was needed (car battery) and stated they would do a courtesy install. Fantastic! Even better, they offer college student discounts. Just ask :DThank you NAPA Auto Parts!

I want to say thank you to Kim and the rest of the staff who helped me today.
I've had such an emotionally and physically draining week.
From the Joy of our boys wedding to the sadness of one of our girls having a horrific car accident I still had so much yet to do before I could travel 7 hours home.
I came in for a roof top luggage bag and found a wounded bird in the parking lot next door.
