Honestly for the prices they charge you should be getting pampered. I'll go here everyone in a while if a friend invites me but they are way over priced. I paid $60 for a gel french pedi but the base pedi is supposed to be $30 for 25 min of labor.....they litterally just scam you with a smile and say "it's a good deal, don't worry". The massage chairs are the fanciest I have ever seen though. I'm really short (4'9) and i can actually sit comfortably in the. Wouldn't go back. T nails has nicer people and use hot rocks for the basic pedi. By California fresh

I got to know about the place from the pictures I saw online and I went to make an appt. I asked for someone who is very good at trimming and coloring because both are equally important for me. Kim did such a great job that I knew this is going to be my nail place in slo. She is highly competent at what she does. I always walk out 100% happy with the service I get. The place is spotless and staff are very professional and welcoming. Thanks for the awesome experience!

Literally the worst service of my life. Went in for acrylic removal and they just started ripping them off my nails (without sanding). Could've done the same thing at home and not paid $20. The guy continuously apologized because he saw I was bleeding and the acrylic was peeling the tip of my nail off but he said "this way is quicker." (even though I asked multiple times if he would just sand them off). He also told me multiple times that he could tell I was part Asian because of my eyes.

Left the place in tears when they wouldn't allow me to pull my skinny jeans down myself, despite saying they were hurting me. They picked at my calves with their nails until my partner had to rush me to the bathroom because they weren't listening to me. Ouch.... Never coming back.

Had an appointment for 2 people and waited 30 minutes. Requested a signature pedicure that would take 55 minutes. Mine was done in 25 minutes. My friends was done in 20 minutes. Staff are very nice, but I was surprised and disappointed with money spent for very quick pedicure .

I visited this location this past Sunday. I usually have a hit or miss time here. Last month I had a wonderful experience on my birthday getting a manicure and pedicure from Tony. He's sweet and funny, plus has amazing attention to detail and made my nails last for at least three weeks! However, my most recent experience was not so pleasant. I chose the deluxe pedicure and also ended up getting a regular manicure, both with regular polish. I was severely burned by the paraffin wax they use during the deluxe pedicure and included a photo. The hot wax melted the plastic bag that would have been used on my other foot if I had not exclaimed how hot it was. Pretty painful, the woman next to me also commented on how hot it was while I was waiting to start my mani. Then I had a manicure that was quick and pretty unpleasant, I did not feel the technician was attentive at all. Anyways, I left feeling unsure whether or not I'd recommend this location due to the burns on my foot. I don't think it was the technician's fault, but I think it's reasonable to make sure the wax is at a safe temperature for guests, whether by her or management. If I do come back, I'll be sure to book with Tony.Services: Pedicure

Horrible service for my mom. The rude lady with a men’s haircut was very dry and hardly said one word to her. She didn’t offer a drink as the lady I had offered me one .. she didn’t listen to how she wanted her nails cut and also hardly did a “massage “.. you could tell she was in such a horrible mood.. we all have bad days but she is definitely a horrible representation for the company.. gives the mail salon a bad look. I needed to take the time to call that lady out as she was the worst! No care given .and yes very very obvious that they discriminate on Hispanics… right off the bat we’re upset we spoke Spanish… isn’t that ironic …
