“I had an awesome experience. I had a gift card that I've been eager to get rid of. I don't use apple products as often as I used to. I had searched the online store prior to going to the actual store. I knew exactly what I wanted not really sure where it was in the store, but I expected to wait a little bit as I normally have to. I entered the store, greeted by the security guard, and another staff habitually. As I made my way to the middle of the store I was attentively greeted by another staff member named El. El showed me exactly where the item I was looking for was then went back to helping his previous customer he had left to think over what product they wanted. Minutes later another break with the customers he was helping he came back to me and finalized my purchase. The total time I spent in the store was less than 10 minutes. Not my normal experience at Apple. I had so much to do that day. El's attentiveness, and ability to multitask was awesome!”

“What's not to like about Target. I'll date myself by stating I remember when TARGET was Discos, Two Guys, now? Target :DIn-store shopping is nice. Store is very clean, spacious, and lots of associates for assistance. On-line shopping is fun and very convenient. You can drive-up and have delivered to your vehicle or delivered to your home. The Target APP is easy to install, use and navigate. I like both shopping styles, especially during the Holidays. You do know there is a STARBUCKS inside right? My past due balance is significantly lower that what I have paid due to the poor decisions of a single employee at the SLO location. Please do not allow my service to be cut off. This is the only request I would have of my cell service provider Verizon. If you are serious and the response wasn't just "lip service" I would be a forever customer bragging on the level of service that was extended to me. Thank you very much! “I wish I could give more than five stars to Jorge. I think that's his name. You will recognize him by his style. I had a difficult, stressful and emotional situation to handle today requiring many devices passwords and account changes. He was patient and systematically helped me with all my concerns. He went above and beyond to understand the situation and be sensitive to it. He thought of things that I would not have to help keep me safer. This issue has been a stressor for a month and a half or so but tonight I will sleep much better. Unfortunately some data could not be recovered but if it could have he would have been able to and he tried very very hard and felt very bad that he couldn't. This whole process took a few hours yet he was patient. He's very smart and made a bad experience the hilight of the day just by being himself and being kind, attentive, polite and most of all patient. I came to the right place and got to see the right guy. If he isn't the manager he should be. He should manage managers and teach seminars about how to help people with their technology which is often tied to our lives. Thank you so much, Jorge!!! You were the best today!!!”
