⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SLO City Storage is the Best!
Keegan and Bob were absolute lifesavers! I needed a place to stash some of my belongings, and they made the whole process a breeze. Not only did they hook me up with the perfect storage unit, but I also scored a truck rental from them—talk about one-stop shopping!
Their facilty was amazingly clean.
We’re beyond grateful to have stumbled upon SLO City Storage. If you’re looking for a place in San Luis Obispo, this is it!

My recent experience at SLO City Storage was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. During my visit, I encountered a number of issues that left me dissatisfied and frustrated.
Firstly, I was appalled by the aggressive and threatening manner in which they handle trespassing. The staff made it clear that any tenants present after hours would face prosecution for trespassing, which seemed unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming.
Additionally, when I expressed my displeasure about the threat of prosecution, the staff refused to show me the storage unit I was interested in. This lack of professionalism and customer service was shocking. The conversation quickly became uncomfortable and hostile, making me feel like my concerns were not valued or addressed.
Overall, I would not recommend SLO City Storage to anyone. The combination of an overly aggressive approach to trespassing and poor customer service made my experience here extremely negative. There are plenty of other storage facilities that treat their customers with respect and understanding—avoid this one if you can.

Outstanding service that began with the call center, then carried over to the onsite staff. Every detail was explained and all of our questions answered. The entire site was clean, well-maintained, and organized. Thankful we found SLO City Storage!

5 year customer. I had forgotten my access code and they graciously help me out. The next day they raised my rent.
Unit also leaks.
