Jake didn’t pressure us at all. He listened and recommended. And he also reminded us of the 100-day trial. Once we decided to go with Sleep Number, Jake worked to get us the best possible price. We slept better, but we both felt like maybe we should’ve gotten more padding.
So, near the end of the 100 days, we decided to upgrade. Even though the exchange/upgrade process takes place over the phone, we decided to visit Jake again and we were glad that we did because he gave us all the tools necessary to navigate that conversation and again obtain the best possible price.
