Todd is great. This guy will work harder for you then almost anyone out there. He will track down exactly what you want and makes sure the property meets your needs. No shortcuts with Todd on your side. He has worked his magic for me on a few Real Estate deals. Great communication and never pushy always goes at your pace. Call him for your next deal. Todd did an amazing job of helping us find a new home in Atascadero. One morning he contacted me with a photo of a gorgeous backyard and property. He happened to be sitting in the yard with the owner and discovered the plans to place the home on the market in the future. We made an off market offer the next day and it was accepted. Without Todd we never would have been aware of this beautiful property. We had already made three unsuccessful offers. Buying off market was a huge relief. Todd is easy to work with, great communicator and quick to respond. He patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. He is ethical and professional and is knowledgeable of the central coast as he grew up there. I am in the real estate field and have work with many Realtors over the years. I highly recommend Todd.
