Love this place! Huge selection of painted tiles and the furniture is amazing--I just wish my house was big enough to accommodate it (most of it is pretty massive). Lots of cool Mexican statuary and dishes. Always fun to visit, even if it's just to dream! Everyone there is super nice, too.

My wife and I pulled into the shared parking lot between Luna Rustic and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where I parked my pickup in an otherwise empty parking lot. When my wife parked our rental car, she commented, "I see some cool furniture, let's go check it out."
A woman from the furniture store (let's call her "Karen") rushed out and asked me if that was my pickup. She let me know I could not park there, so I apologized and told her I was helping my wife return a rental car. I immediately jogged back to move my vehicle as she took pictures with her phone, apparently to document the criminal activity that had occurred in the last 60 seconds.
We chose not to visit the store and do any shopping. As we drove back to our home in Arroyo Grande, we could only shake our heads at her ridiculous behavior. Please cherish the photos of my Ford F150, as you just lost a customer for life.

What a cute store full of treasures and home & garden furnishings!! I love the sculptures! The Vespa bar is a hoot- practical and quirky! Easy parking to the side of the store.

Luna Rustica is the best! We've had several custom pieces made and every one of them has been perfect. They've helped us design and select materials and finishes that work together beautifully. The quality of the craftsmanship and the price just can't be beat!

First of all walking in to this place is like going into an art exhibit, everything is so beautiful. Today I purchased the equipale Cancun chair in dark brown. I have had my eye on it for the past couple months, and needed a little more time before buying it. Javier was so friendly and spent time helping me decide which style, color, gave pros and cons, going out of his way to make sure I was educated and comfortable with my purchase. It looks perfect in my apartment. Thank you Javier!

We spent $2,600 for a beautiful table and chair set. If the the customer service was as good as the furniture, I would have given Luna Rustica five stars. We are return customers having purchased a bar table and chairs there previously. Unfortunately I have three complaints: 1) - We asked when they could deliver it and the salesperson said WE needed to call their guy Tom (instead of calling him for us). 2) Tom had an answering machine and store staff could not tell us approximately when or how much the delivery would be other than it could be a week and might be over $150 for our local delivery. We were so frustrated that we did not notice there is an Enterprise rental in the same lot so we used U-haul the next day for around 70 bucks. 3) The table was filthy, there was food and gunk all over the top - wow, they didn't even wipe it for us. Great table, crappy customer service.

What a cool store, I just recently visited for the first time. I was looking for a dining table, and while they didn't have one that suited my need, they did have a lot of neat pieces, and also spent time looking at some of the options they could order/special order for me. Extremely pleasant staff (owner, I assume). In this pandemic, it's been so long since I have traveled internationally, browsing in this store felt like an adventure.

I love this store! Always new and fun items to be found. Jess is amazing. So helpful and does what it takes to get you exactly what you're looking for. Staff is very conscious about social distancing and wear masks.
