The attentiveness of each employee was amazing, especially with our girls’ shopping day! They were so helpful in changing sizes and items, as well as giving honest opinions. It’s my birthday and they took extra care of me as such too. Definitely will be going back!

Decided to enter LuLu Luxe while walking around downtown SLO. My plan was to find an outfit for the Taylor Swift concert and looking inside the store, seemed like my chances were high! They offer a variety of sizes and all the clothes were so so pretty. I found myself a beautiful long white summery dress which I got complimented on by almost all the staff! They were very accomodating and even understanding when I showed them my Yelp check in offer which was 10% off my order and gave me a bracelet with a discounted price :) Definitely will come by again because of their great hospitality!

I've been accused of stealing from this store twice within a 3 year span. I was giving this shop another shot and again accused of stealing. This is ridiculous. I walk in the store looking for an outfit to go to the clubs in and I picked 4 tops out and they got a fitting room started for me. ***I had my friend go in the fitting room with me because I'm not comfortable showing the other customers on the couch what they think including my friend.*** I needed a bigger size. She got me a bigger size and it fit. I got to the check out there's a man and his dog behind the counter talking to the girl or whatever while I was purchasing my 2 tops with earrings. As I'm walking out the sensor went off. I went back confused and to double check if all the sensors were off. He made a comment of me putting something in my very small bag. I was like ummm no. What the fuck am I supposed to fit in this! Or my friends man bag! That's literally the same size. Video below But we continue shopping throughout slo and we see the man and his dog again walking and he stops us and he's like "be honest did you steal something?" We're just like "no dude!" An he was added that "it never does that and that's a little suspicious". We just continued walking. Ruined the rest of my day. Not shopping here again. I'm sure it's based on a reason. Disappointed I even gave this shop another shot.

Visiting from the Bay and family decided to visit downtown SLO. My teenager saw the shop and went it; she found a great pair of jeans (thanks to the great gal helping multiple customers) and grabbed a boho top and sunnies on sale. Cute little store and love supporting small businesses

I was just accused of stealing clothes from this store, I walked in this store to shop after shopping at Victoria's Secret. I was there maybe 3 minutes looking around and did not find anything I wanted to buy, as I was leaving for some reason the sensor went off as I walked out the door. I continued walking but the store clerk came out and said I needed to return to the store, I went back confused as I had just walked in and left because I didn't see anything I like. Th clerk proceeded to grab my bag and go through all my panties and Bras from Victoria's Secret that I just purchased and of course there were no sensors left on or stolen items from this store. I left so embarrassed and violated that someone looked through and touched my panties and bras in a public place in front of other customers. I was so upset I went back and asked to talk to the manager, she pretty much laughed in my face and acted like it was perfectly normal procedure and said if you don't like it don't shop here. I Will absolutely never set foot in this store and I will definitely go beyond Yelp to let people know about my experience, I am a SLO local and business woman and to be accused of stealing and to also get violated in public is not ok!

Went in looking for a gift. So many cute shirts and dresses. Julia was the best. She offered suggestions for the gifts, ideas for jewelry and even tried on some outfits to show us fit for the gift recipient. Julia went over and above!!! She was A++ in customer service.

Went to look for a dress my friend had tried on for graduation. I asked if they could help me find it and they were unable to locate it on the floor. Someone them looked in the back for me and came back saying someone was trying the last one on! Thankfully for me the girl trying it on didn’t want it and I was able to purchase it for my friend. They were wonderful helping me out and I will definitely be shopping here again!

Really cute clothes but horribly rude workers. Pushy and sly comments and judgy eyes. They seemed like they couldn't care less about how they treat their costumers. I was thinking about buying a few items but their poor costumer service immediately turned me away.

This place looked like it had super cute clothes from the window, but I wouldn’t be able to tell you what the material was like or if the clothing items were reasonably priced, but what I can tell you is that the girls who worked there tonight are rude, and evidently lazy. I went in with my cousins and they supposedly close at 9pm. We entered the store at 8:23 pm and the girls SHOUTED ACROSS the store, “We’re closed,” and proceeded to laugh. That already upset me but what really got me mad was that there were other customers in there and their UPDATED hours clearly written on a piece of paper at the entrance stated that they were open until 9 pm. If you’re going to be closing OVER half an hour early then maybe you should change your hours. Customer service definitely needs to be improved there. We felt harshly judged based on our appearances there, so sad because the store looked really cute.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! I have been to LuLu Lux many times, I drive from Bakersfield to SLO just to go shopping here! I'm OBSESSED with this store. I always find multiple things that I love. The quality is amazing and I think the price point matches the quality. I found 2 pairs of heels and 3 beautiful dresses for my nursing graduation and related events. I'm sooo excited to wear them for my special day that I've worked so hard for. I even called the next day to order another pair of shoes, after I came back home to Bakersfield. I was still thinking about buying them and then I decided that I loved them too much to pass up and they shipped it here in 2 days! The employees are the sweetest girls ever!! I have worked in customer service for several years and a family-owned jewelry boutique for 4 years, so I always appreciate good customer service. I wish I would have got the names of the girls helping me. I was there on 2/9/22, later in the afternoon, so maybe that can help give the girls the credit for being so helpful. They immediately made me feel welcomed and willing to help. I let one girl know what I was looking for and she picked a few dresses out for me. I never thought the style of dresses she picked would look good on me, and it ended up being my favorite dress! The girls are so stylish, fun and cute, and I could tell the girls were genuine. I love getting feedback while I'm trying something on and having someone help me choose which option is better. It feels like you're shopping with your best friends with the employees there. I went to a few other stores in the area and everywhere else I went the customer service was poor. Also I LOVE the music that was on. There is nothing better than clothes shopping and listening to throwbacks like Fergie and Gwen Stefani! My favorite place to shop, and I'm never disappointed! I plan to upload pics of all the dresses I bought after my graduation photography session, but here's some from the day I was there

The BEST boutique in SLO! I've been shopping at Lulu Luxe for nine years now and no matter the season I always walk out with a great deal on a new staple piece. The owner is lovely and the sales associates are so helpful to their shoppers!
