I had such good customer service today at the Kohls store in San Luis Obispo CA. Jessica went out of her way to help me find an item among the sales rack. Dona at check out offered assistance in understanding some of the sale policy. They both took time to make the shopping experience a pleasure. Too often at store I can never find someone to help me. Not today at Kohls

Unfortunately, the checker automatically adds discounts to show what the price could be if you get a credit card..then prices change and they continue to press to get a cc. No is no, but please ask me about the cc then show what the discount will be...instead of it being there already making it seem like the price shown is the actual amount. It feels misleading and the price jumps up, I understand they want new cc customers, but this feels too pushy.

The cashiers are usually warm and friendly. Dana was absolutely wonderful! She is very accommodating. Always enjoy having her as my cashier. Enjoy seeing her warm friendly smile. I truly think she is genuine.

Lupita greeted us when we came in, she also helped us check out. She was soooo sweet and even got my 10 yr old daughter a skincare sample. She is just wonderful!

Honestly, not a ton to say. It's a pretty standard Kohl's. There is a lot in stock to look at, but if you need anything outside of the most common sizes you're most likely out of luck.

I wish I could give less than 1 star.I will never shop in this store again.The owners or managers have made the choice to eliminate all but one of the dressing rooms. There is now one area with a long hallway and little locked cubbies for everyone to use. Men, women, children, everyone. This is horrendous. They hand wrote a little sharpie marker note that says “Men” with an arrow that points to the two end cubbies. How much smaller amount of effort could someone make??As a woman I feel completely uncomfortable hearing men walking around right outside the door I’m changing behind. I don’t want men in a space that is supposed to make women feel comfortable and safe. I definitely did not feel safe. There was no attendant, I went in and out twice without a single notice. If I had a teenager I would not send them in alone, this is so disrespectful and dangerous. Kohl’s what were you thinking? Unacceptable. I spoke to the customer service person at the checkout and asked why this was and I was told “oh, it’s a new thing”!I will never come back to this store, that’s my choice in order to have a good shopping experience.

The shoe selection was scarce. I usually shop Kohls on line, but I'm visiting and needed clothes fast. I found them. I enjoy shopping at Kohls. The sales lady was very nice.
