Recently visited this Idlers location looking for furniture after a living room remodel. Was considering two chairs with a patterned fabric and a sofa in solid. I asked the salesperson if the sofa throw pillows could be done in the pattern fabric so it would visually tie the chairs and sofa together. She emphatically told me no, saying it would cost "like $150 per pillow" to do that, due to the labor involved. Jump to end of story: all of my new furniture (same exact pieces) just arrived from R&R, with the contrasting sofa pillows that match the chairs and it looks fabulous. They did NOT charge an extra penny for it, and in fact, the majority of the sofas in their showroom were displayed that way. Not sure why Idler's salesperson made it seem like a major inconvenience. Perhaps would have cut into commission? Or more work to add the two-line notation to the order? In any event, glad I went elsewhere for the furniture.

Elaine did a great job telling me about the LazyBoy recliner/sofa and the delivery was prompt.The movers were polite, fast, and moved a couple of pieces of furniture for me to make everything fit perfectly.I would rate them a 5 star++.

Recently had the pleasure of meeting michael one of the installers. Had a few hiccups with leveling but micheal went out if his way to ensure my machine was level amd was going to fuction well. Very pleased thank you again micheal.

So we had bought furniture from this store as we needed some in our living room. And while the purchasing process was a breeze and we found what we were looking for the communication is honestly what makes me not want to come back to this business. I get that the smaller purchase we make, the more often we are over looked but there's something to be said about the way these sales people treat us customers. Our furniture was supposed to arrive 6 eels ago and it apparently arrived last week yet we never received word. No we instead had to come to this store in person on two different occasions and idk if the person who helped with the purchase was the one to help us out today but man did she boldface lie to us about contacting us. First of all since neither of us wanted to start a scene with you in the store, lemme just say that it wasn't you who called us to inform it was coming the week of the sixteenth in August it was my partner who had made that phone call as I had came home to that conversation. You also did not leave a voice mail after your supposedphone call to us to let us know that it was ready for pick up. I understand that sometimes customers do not pick up as I too work in retail and gave to make phone calls to let people know when theirder is ready for pick up. However, not everyone picks up their phone. Therefore we are told to leave a voicemail which is something you never bothered to do as there is no record of that ever happening. We will no longer be doing business with you as you guys lack any form of communication what do ever. To the warehouse guy, thank you so much for the amazing effort and patience you had in helping my partner load the furniture into the SUV. May you have a better day.

Greeted kindly as soon as I walked in. I gave the sales person (Liz), an idea of what I was looking for and a purchase was made within minutes. Easy, comfortable, purchase and I did NOT at all feel like I was in a sleezy money greedy upsale shop.Thank you Liz for making me feel comfortable in the couch chase purchase for my mom. I left feeling confident that I made a good choice.They will be delivering the couch AND taking the old one away, minimal charge but definitely worth it!Doing a remodel in my own home and will stop here first when I'm ready to furnish it.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The table I bought is beautiful. Design and sales agents were excellent, courteous and helpful. When the table was delivered it was without fuss, done cleanly and carefully. The delivery people were also excellent.
