Buying the stove was fast and easy! The delivery went perfectly. The guys came when promised and did a very careful install of the new unit. They leveled it with the counter and overall we are very pleased with the new gas stove.

Idlers is the best. We have purchased most of our appliances from them for the last 35 years. This time it was a new stove and refrigerator . The installation was perfect. Matt is the best. Thank you for everything.

I cannot image buying any appliance from anyone but Idlers Home. We have purchased all of our appliance from Idler's and they never disappoint. But, it is our recent purchase that I really want to praise for their customer service. Our old dryer was going out and we looked around and compared price but then walked into Idler's and prices were the same especially after taking into consideration their delivery, installation and take away. Others charged more, so don't just go by the store price. As it turned out after removing our old dryer the new one did not fit through a doorway by about 1/2 and inch. The installer called the office and the staff there found a slightly smaller model that was in stock in another store. The installer offered to put back the old dryer until the new arrived, but I would never ask them to do this especially considering we did not due diligence when measuring. Within a few days the new dryer was installed. Never, did the company indicate that we would be charged for the second delivery, even though I think they would have been in their rights to do so. I will always stick with Idler's and not even try to shop around. Their service is the absolute best (and I like the new dryer) Nancy O

The store is well stocked with appliances, furniture and mattresses. They have a great selection of “scratch and dent” appliances available in the store for less.

We purchased a custom Lazy-Boy love seat. It took a while as usual to wait for the construction but Idler's kept in touch with updates for us. When it was ready we had very good communication and delivery plus installation was perfect.

I just received my new queen bed from Idler's. The service in the showroom was excellent by Elaine. She my son mattresses he was very interested in. The service from Elaine was excellent. She called me as soon as the bed came in and set up a pick up and delivery time. I got a text right before, the bed was delivered and the two gentleman that removed the old bed and brought in the new bed were very polite, friendly and efficient. It's always a pleasure to deal with Idler's This is the second bed I have purchased from them they have a customer for life.

We needed a new dishwasher and the service was all around wonderful. The show room is clean and easy to access. Even talking to a salesmen was a nice experience because he had previous experience on the installation side. I had questions about the dimensions and he had first hand experience in making sure the fit was right. With no pressure he gave me the information and I went home to consider my options. I came back and was able to get it set up for an installation the next week. My wife was home for that part and she said it was smooth and easy. All around a great shopping experience. We got appliances from a big company before and it took weeks to get the items and the customer service was miserable. It was nice to support a local business and have local support. Definitely go to Idler’s.

I received help picking out my desired wall microwave/oven unit-specially help determining which units had the features I cared about (this was not easy to do googling on my own). I received prompt replies to my emails. I loved how they text you to tell you they’re 15 or 30 minutes away so you can get ready for their arrival. Abraham and Daniel installed my unit and I just wanted to point out what good service I received from them. They were very quiet and spoke positively between each other. They noticed after Install my cabinets to the side of the oven were cramped and offered a solution of trimming the side to slide the oven over and make them open better-these cabinets have never opened well and they fixed that. They also offered to answer any of my questions before leaving, turned the oven on to clean it initially, and suggested I turn on a fan or open a window to vent it out. They left the area clean.

We purchased a stackable washer and dryer from Idler's a year ago. It was expertly installed at that time. Now we are moving to a remodeled condo. Today, Idler's people under leadership of Abram moved the appliances to the new condo. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They were courteous, professional and very helpful. We highly recommend Idler's.

Delivery time was as promised by Johnny and his assistant. Very knowledgeable in their duties. Very personable young men. Nice clean and well fitting uniforms. Installation of our three appliances went well. Cleaned up behind themselves and it was nice to have boxes and old appliances removed. They did a great job. Thank you Idler’s!
