Matt & Linda are awesome. I had the worst time with a remote hr agent , Linda helped get me to the right person. . And then Matt EXCEEDED my expectations & was able to fix what another agent didn't complete ! .this office has been nothing short of a life saver to me , it's been a nightmare of a year.. thank you for the KINDNESS and Professionalism.! It isn't around anymore... and becuase you are all so great I won't give anyone else my business ! Thank you all

Our tax prep guy, to me felt like you did not know what he was doing, we had an appointment at 9:00 and had to come back at 2:00 because he didn't know what he was doing. Did not offer any of the benefits of doing your taxes at h&r block like the rapid refunds, I specifically told him I wanted the refund, and he totally ignored it, I will not be going back to that h&r block again!

This cost me 2x what I usually pay for TurboTax. I came in for 'expert advice' on making a payment plan with the IRS and adjusting my withholdings. I was told before the session that my rep could help me with both.For the IRS payment plan, I was simply told to go the IRS page and fill out the form. For advice on my withholdings, she did not look at my paychecks, or help me calculate my new tax liability. She simply told me to max out my withholding.I was happy to pay a premium for premium service, but I ended up paying a lot of money to be told to go do the work myself.
