Close to the highway and calpoly. Rooms are clean, spacious. Bathrooms could be wee bigger. Clean sheets and towels. Breakfast was just basic. Just coffee, tea, and muffins and cookies Hope there are more options like hotmilk, toast etc.

Great price, friendly and VERY helpful reception, clean room with mini fridge and microwave.
Rooms: Clean and I loved the accessibility and ease of entering the shower.
Walkability: Ground level, ADA accommodations available
Food & drinks: We received a great recommendation to dine at Cafe Roma.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms are generic and a bit worn but clean. I thought that there was value for the stay.

My weekend was terrible … I never thought that the room 109 was nasty sorry for the word but it’s true. All the set of sheet was stained and cover pillows was dirty. Bad service and that hotel never changed of blanket. I called the front desk respect of the room. She told me I pick-up of sheet. Because they didn’t have the service for changed the sheets. We did the changed the blankets and sheet. So the hotel is a very bad conditions. I don’t recommend there and they never told me. A refund for this

We had a wonderful stay! The staff is SO nice and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The place is pretty much your basic motel type of place. But what we loved about it was how it felt... good vibes, calm, mellow, easy. We had a great time visiting with other guests and enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. The guys who take care of the pool area take pride and are very kind. One of my favorite things was the staff took great care to block off an area where a baby bat had perched for the day. When nightfall came, the little cutie took off into the sky. I was so appreciative they cared so much about our wild friends and didn't disturb it. A special experience. AND we slept really well! AND the coffee in the lobby was really good, also thankful for fresh oranges.

Not a budget hotel but less expensive than many in the area. Close to the campus so we could walk to see events and our college student and not have to deal with parking. About 1 mile to downtown so can walk there too!

The hotel is clearly showing its age and is in need of renovation. The rooms are functional but not particularly comfortable. There are restaurants nearby, but the hotel itself doesn't have one. Breakfast was just a paper bag with packaged bagels, cream cheese and yogurt. Unfortunately no real breakfast. Since it was getting a bit cool in the evening, we asked if we could sit in the lobby and have a chat. We were allowed to sit down, but had to be extremely quiet, so no normal talking was allowed, only whispering, even though it wasn't 10 p.m. and there was no one around to disturb. It was okay for one night, but we wouldn't come back.

This was our second time staying here. Love the friendly staff, Anastasia's the best! We appreciated the room upgrade. The hot tub and pool are great. Love that they have a washer and dryer on the premises, $2 for wash, $1.50 for dryer. The rooms are nice and clean, bed is comfortable. I would bring your own pillow, unless you like sleeping with small hard pillows.

Our family booked 2 rooms. At arrival one room was still not clean, the other room’s AC unit did not work. Employee on site stated we could not get a discount that WE would have to contact the manager by email. Another room was available but was told the tv did not work. I would hope that the next visitors who stay at this location has a better stay then what we experienced.Rooms: They need to be cleaned better and also have a check list of what needs to be fixed before having customers stay. Even though a hotel is for sleeping and resting, As some may say, however you still want to enjoy the evening

Location was good. Front desk service was fantastic. Ice Machine was broken, waited 20 solid minutes to fill up 1/2 bucket of ice. Room was cleaned when we checked in but there was no in-room coffee in the kitchen. Breakfast consists of oranges, packaged Danishes / muffins. Hot water dispenser was broken. We placed signage on door for bed to be made, but was not done. Desk in the room do not have an outlet, so was unable to plug in my laptop while working, since there was no desk lamp or wall outlet.

Located about a 20 minute walk to downtown, this hotel is located near the freeway. If you are bothered by the noise, I would highly recommend to not stay in an executive room (the executive building is closer to the freeway), and request a room farther from the freeway as well. The breakfast options are very limited, only simple coffee and prepackaged pastries, so plan on getting additional breakfast as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable though, and come with adjustable heat/ac.Rooms: Clean and comfortable.Nearby activities: Veterans Museum is a block away.Walkability: 20 minutes walk from downtown, which may be too far for some.Food & drinks: Breakfast options only consist of simple coffee and prepackaged pastries.
