Sometimes the staff/volunteers are nice but many times they seem either stressed out or annoyed that you're there. I went in recently and they had a table of items for 50 percent off. I chose a few and when I went to check out they said my items were not included in the sale. I gently asked why and didn't really get an answer. Then the lady who they consulted walked away and complained about me to my boyfriend who was shopping saying something about how I was trying to take money from hospice patients or something not knowing that he was with me. It was pretty funny. He just went along with it and we quietly finished our purchase and left. They do have nice things donated to their store.

Was good, but now it's too expensive. People come here for good deals, you get this stuff for free, and yet have pictures printed what someone on eBay paid. Newsflash, they aren't the same customer.

Good selection of individual pieces, high quality, boutique feel, excellent prices for the finds Dressing room curtain is fairly see-thru, only downfall. Otherwise very happy about this place!!

I fully agree with the two star post below by Chai. I did find a couple cool scores for myself I have to say the place felt kinda scarce? The racks weren't full and what was on them were dated, in meh condition and overpriced. Some of the nicer items were INSANELY priced- $200 designer scarves?! It's a donated scarf...WAY out of trend?! Ladies. The "designer" room is a absolute no on the pricing. I remember audibly chortling at the prices vs the offerings. I overpaid for what I bought for sure. I bought a jar of beads and once opened filled my room with the smell of old pizza sauce. If the jars are taped shut at least please soak the lids. The beads stink to this day, kind of a bummer. The place was clean and well organized. Parking was good. If I was in the immediate area and had time to kill I might head back. But if I had to choose, it wouldn't be there.

When I walked into this place the first time many years ago, I experienced the opportunity to find great things. Incredible the amount of item you can found use and excellent condition or you can found new things. Since then, I keep going back if I need anything. The Manager and her team of volunteers always are available to help you. Thank you!!

Very nice items and helpful staff. However, I don't understand the policy of not selling the items in the window until it's been there for 3 weeks. If this is a charity why not take the good money of someone willing to purchase? Just because you don't want to have the hassle of changing the display? Makes no sense for a charity! A buyer from out-of-town cannot make it back the day you offer these for sale. Strangest policy I've ever heard.

Hospice Partners is my go-to place to shop. For me, it's the number one thrift store in San Luis Obispo county.
