“My favorite shop in downtown. A cool mix of Western-style goods and vintage finds. The old school Atascadero High, Paso Robles High, and Templeton High gear on the walls made for great classic decor, and the FFA jackets from local chapters added to the mom-and-pop charm. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the store was full of gems. A must-visit if you’re into unique, nostalgic pieces.”

“Our sales lady Maridee was great. Very helpful and did not try to upsell us. We found a love seat and recliner and saved over $700.+ after shopping several local furniture stores.”

“The sweetest shop in downtown SLO! I have adored this shop for years and years. They are a store you can feel good about purchasing from as everything they carry supports fair trade (fair compensation) practices from artisans all over the world. They have such a large selection. The store also has the best window displays throughout the year! It's such a treat to shop here. <3”

“Ian's eye for beauty is one of a kind! The shapes, colors and dimensions of each of his products, from jewelry to rugs, is out of this world. I love visiting his shop and gain inspiration each time I walk in! Can't wait for my next piece of art from Ian!”

“My partner and I came into the store last year looking for a sofa. Andrew was extremely helpful; had a calm demeanor and didn’t push anything. It seemed like he really just wanted to help us find the best fit. After much deliberation and measuring, we went with a couch that we’re still happy with. The furniture seemed reasonably priced and the staff is great. Would highly recommend if you’re in the market!”

“Love this place! Huge selection of painted tiles and the furniture is amazing--I just wish my house was big enough to accommodate it (most of it is pretty massive). Lots of cool Mexican statuary and dishes. Always fun to visit, even if it's just to dream! Everyone there is super nice, too.”

“I can't recommend Gabriel enough for any design questions and needs and help. He helped me design multiple rooms in my house. He is extremely patient and knowledgeable and he helped me pick out the perfect furniture for multiple rooms in our house. He was always so courteous with any questions I had and gave me multiple options and suggestions for each room. Go see Gabriel for any design questions. He is the best!”

“Been a good place to find random things for over a decade now in town. The furniture rotates often which we've never really bought, but we have some walk art/textiles and a few fake plants that are more unique than your standard offerings. The food section in back has always been my reason to go here when I can't find something at Oriental Market on Monterey or La Suprema in atascadero. World market often doesn't either but I can stock up on canned fish and UK/German sweets that would normally need to be bought online. Their torini syrups and matcha are usyally priced better than other brick and mortar and many online retailers. The kitchenware has never struck our style but they carry a lot of cool things that are occasionally useful like pour over coffee brewers and serving dishes. Go wander around for awhile and buy too much candy and salmon.”

“Okay, I'm not Scrooge although I feel as such upon arrival. I'm not the best reviewer when it comes to these type of stores, so consider my legitimacy. Home goods historically isn't for the sensory overloaded feint of heart! I have no idea how people choose anything given the paradox of choices, that's a real thing. It's the most organized madness in 1 store that I've ever experienced. Being that my close friend got me hooked on these dark chocolate blueberries, I blame her for all my distress right now, as home goods is one of the few authorized dealers to this habit forming delicacy! If you can't find your treasure of decorations, bedding, or esoteric foods to name a few, it doesn't exist. Enter at your own risk or for some, enjoy your lookie loo time to your heart's content!”

“Was driving through town I saw the Ross couldn’t help but stop by plenty of parking in the parking lot. Big spacious filled clean associates, nice and courteous.
Plenty of merchandise
And a good amount of namebrand items at a good price
Will definitely run through there again”

“Update:
They actually cleaned up and organized the store. It looks like a new manager actually cares about the store. The place is much more organized and cleaner. The roof still makes me quesy as it's tilted in.

Old:
This store is the most dirty store I've ever been in. Thier is stuff on and trash all over the floor. Thiers used cups in muiltiple places. Also the roof is tilting in and looking at it makes my uneasy.”
