Was thankful to find a place where I could donate large furniture items as well as other household items that could be picked up. Ryan was helpful and accommodating to my schedule. Explained after receiving email with photos of items what could be accepted and what was not allowed. Came on day and time as scheduled. Worked efficiently and quickly. Hope my parent's greatly loved and gently used items are being appreciated in another home.

The new store location on Broad Street makes for an inviting shopping experience. This location is larger than the old niche store near Tank Farm, and has a large yard area for donations where you can back a truck right up. Inside the store, the quality of the donations has also risen, as there were several substantial and well made pieces of furniture available for extremely reasonable prices. All wood, quiet-close drawers and quality hardware make many of these pieces a real bargain. We were greeted by the friendly manager upon entering the store, and he talked knowledgably about several of the furniture pieces. The back section of the store is devoted to hardware and fixtures and fitting, which are great if you are in the middle of a project and need supplies. We got some old kitchen cabinets here when we increased storage in our garage, and picked up enough engineered hardwood to redo the entryway to our house.

Everyone at Habitat For Humanity are awesome. Quentin manager is so helpful in making sure you find what you are looking for and so friendly. Ryan and Matt picked up a couch for me from my home in AG and they were so helpful. If you are looking for home furnishings in a pinch, come to Habitat. They have tons of vanities, sinks, paint, couches, rugs - the whole nine yards. But things go quick! I will continue to donate and shop here.

Very great service! Amazing deals and the staff were very accommodating. Needed a table for my TV in the apartment and they gave me a really good price on a table. If you're looking for furniture I highly recommend.

I wish that there was more stores that did this. Building supplies and large furniture is always ending up in the landfill because of the hassle or not enough time. Sometimes is a little pricey but also makes up for the other items that you can score cheaply. They have brand new ovens, sinks, doors or used. Tile paint random hardware or lighting just an array of neat stuff.

This review is for the experience of attempting to donate to them. First of all, they have extremely limited days and hours for when you can donate. Donation hours are different than the shop hours, which makes it quite confusing. Once you do manage to arrive when they are open and willing to take a donation, they act as though they are doing you a huge favor by taking good, useable materials from you. How do they expect to continue to 'help people' if they alienate their donors and anyone who tries to help? I just don't get it. I will never try to donate to them again.
