The clerk at the register was super rude and on her phone the whole time. I am a few times a week customer at this store and have never had a good experience with her.

Very good prices compared to most grocery stores in SLO. Produce could be better. Sometimes long lines. Update- Bad milk bought last night - watch out for old dates. Skeptical from now on.

Sunday night September 17 at 9:40 PM, allows 2 young men (children) to use the electric handicap carts to drive around the store, even acting childish, while doing so

Only having 1 checker open on a Saturday late morning is Ridiculous. This is a routine experience for me. May have to find a new store. If you don't mind standing in line fine...but not fine for me. Please start respecting your customers time. Those you haven't yet lost.

If I could give 0 stars I would, went in a few hours ago and me and my boyfriend and his cousin (my bf is black btw) were told we had to ALL have our IDs even though we look and are well over 21. lol flattering but no, the supposed manager was so rude and refused to sell us alcohol. We were trying to buy 1 bottle, it's not like we were being excessive or anything. And she was just sooooo rude and not to mention we had been there the morning before to get some champagne for mimosas and that wasn't an issue, we were not even carded, but my boyfriend who is black wasn't with us, And so I asked why this time was different and she got very defensive and said she couldn't answer that and told us to leave the store if we didn't have all of our IDs. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting on her part.

Excessively rude staff, terrible service, little to no quality of food, and horrible taste in music. Also, no way to prove it, but I believe that it could very well be a front for money laundering. But that's for the Feds to decide!

I bought Daisy sour cream and Producers Heavy Whip cream on April 28th. These two items were spoiled when we opened them to use them on April 29th. The expiration date was May 6th.Very dissatisfied with the quality of produce Food Less has. This isn't the first time either.Unsatisfied

NOT "Food 4 Less" anymore. Example, $3.99 for whole broccoli at Food 4 less; $3.09 for trimmed heads at Trader Joe's next door.
