Typical package delivered to me. No care, bad attitudes, constant reckless driving, zero supervision. And we don't have many other options. When asked to speak with supervisors, the reply I get is "GOOGLE IT!"

The delivery driver for our area left my package at our mailbox, which is 1.5 miles from our house, and contained very important medical supplies. They were stolen and I was left to fend for myself until the supply company could send more products to me. Then last week I saw the driver leave a neighbor's package down on the ground, down the road from their house. This is very poor service, I would not recommend this company for any deliveries.

Went in to return some products back to where I bought them. I had two boxes and needed to consolidate to one box. Customer service had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Bought a box for $1.75 and shipped it right there.Gotta admit I was apprehensive going in due to the poor reviews but for what I needed, the process was painless and pleasant.

Staff was rude. I called and ahead of time to verify that utility bills would work as a form of ID. The lady there gave me so much attitude about it. It was also just a general lack of courtesy. “Hello, welcome, how can I help you?” That sort of thing. Instead, I just got glared at. No customer service whatsoever.

I avoid FedEx like the plague. Anytime. I've had to receive a delivery from them. , they have missed their delivery window by at least 2 hours. Am I inflating that number? No. I have all the past text messages from them to look back on. If you're going to offer a delivery window, honor it; otherwise, it feels like you don't value your customer's. I honestly will pay more at UPS just because of the poor delivery serive I get.

Very disappointed in Fed Ex delivery service. The driver(s) consistently drop packages a distance my door where there is a dry overhang to protect parcels. Today, a 46 # rug was delivered in the rain when the door and overhang is just a few steps away. My rug is being soaked and possibly ruined. This is terrible service disrespectful of customer's and shipper's property. Hence the one star...if possible it would be a zero!! This is not the first time but it is the first time this negligence possibly ruins a shipment because of rain that could and should have been avoided.

The people that work the counter at 705 Fiero Ln, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 should not be in customer service. They make everything so difficult. From dropping off to picking up.

I am not happy at all right now.Okay, know I am mad. Just had a package delivered to my home here, in San Luis Obispo. And the delivery driver left the package right out where anyone driving by could see it. One more step around the corner would have been much better. Some drivers just do not care. Very unhappy costumer.
