I have received and purchased two private reserve one stingray and a cutlass guitar. So I decided to purchase the tool kits all the cleaning products compared to guitar is it's a very small purchase, after spending seven or $8000 on guitars they should've gave this to me for free. Nevertheless I purchased it I've been complaining for days that I have not received it i've left messages for local California supervisor and they have not serviced me at all. Buyer beware for such an expensive guitar SERVICE SUCKS!!!!

Had my Music Man sent in for repairs and Billy Imperial at Ernie Ball was an amazing person. I hope they pay him well because he deserves it. His customer service is bar none, and not only is he helpful before and while you're getting the repair work done, but he also follows up with you after the repair. Can't say enough good things.

I won an Ernie Ball Axis Sport Guitar when I was about 11 years old. I had never played guitar before I touched this one, but shit did I get to learn on a good one. I have owned many guitars since then, big names like Gibson Les Pauls and USA Fender Strats and Teles, but nothing compares to my Ernie Ball. The tone is amazing, the action is perfect, and all the hardware is top notch. If your going to fork out 900-1500 on a guitar, skip the Fenders or Gibsons and get an Ernie Ball Music Man, It'll be your new baby.
