My family and I felt racially discriminated by the representative. They did not take my uncles foreign drivers license. He has been traveling to the US for ten year and has always rented a vehicle with a foreign drivers license. The location did not call or email my uncle to cancel the reservation.

I would like to say first the manager at this enterprise is amazing, Timotei! He was so helpful, quick and respectful, the past couple times I have been there. With that being said, Sunday 11/12/23 at 2:30pm I had an appointment to pick up a car. The lady who helped me was terrible! She was rude and quick to cut you off when I was talking to her. Which didn't surprise me she use to work a Vons and was always rude. I was disappointed because I want to use my free points to rent a car. My car has been in and out of the shop and you know how expensive that can get. I ended up going next door to AVIS and got a rental with no hassle.

We arrived an hour late and although they didn’t have the size car we originally wanted, they compensated us with a bigger car!The process went smoothly.Returning the car was so easy and fast.

Enterprise car rental had the cars for us on time in good working order. The staff was friendly. I took one star off only because the front window was dirty on the inside, making it hard to see while driving into the sun.

Renting from airport in Dan Luis Obispo was horrible. Recieved parking violation 2 hours after my rental was returned. Happened to several co workers. Recommend taking pictures where you park your vehicle. It will be moved and ticket goes to last custo.er...

When my connecting flight delayed I tried to use the app to inform them I was delayed but it kept saying it was down and giving me an error. I then tried multiple times on the website. It again said it was down and giving me the same error. I tried calling this location 5 times but no one ever picked up and there was no way to leave a message. I arrived at 10:30pm on the flight that was delayed and the counter closed at 10pm. They had my flight information in my reservation and knew my flight was delayed. People who arrived on the same flight who booked with Avis, Budget and Hertz all had people at their counters working past the closed hours or their keys were left for them. This Enterprise location chose to just go home. I've never had this happen in the 25+ years and hundreds of rentals I've used as a frequent traveler. Give the courtesy to your customers to contact them. You have all my contact information and you're a tiny airport that has maybe 5 flights a night total and knew I was on the delayed flight. Instead you chose to leave and leave your customer stranded. There is no excuse when the other 3 counters helped their customers and you did not. Terrible customer service. I am now delayed in my trip and I have to find a new car tomorrow on a Sunday when most of the locations are closed.

Rented a vehicle in San Luis Obispo Airport. Returned it to Hollywood Burbank Airport -Managers Timotei Florea and Adan Flores-Aguayo were very friendly and helpful. Super EZ experience in receiving and returning the vehicle.

Pickup was WONDERful. The gal on staff at 12 on Tuesday the 26th is lovely. Super kind and helpful.However, drop off on the 28th was less than desirable. your employee expected me to hand over keys to my rental in the parking lot while I was unloading my luggage. I feel like this is a HORRIBLE expectation. To me, she's a stranger. She could have been anyone loitering in the parking lot, and had I been ignorant enough, handed her the keys and she'd drive off in a car that was under contract under MY name. That's setting your customers up for serious issues and that's not a good practice on the employees part. And she kinda fought with me about it when I told her firmly I'd be returning my keys inside at the marked desk.

My personal vehicle broke down on a Sunday. Airport rentals was the only thing available and I’m happy it led me to this Enterprise. Very good customer service. Fast and easy. I appreciated the manager texting asking how my experience was to make sure I was completely satisfied, which I was! Thank you!

Terrible experience! I accidentally left a pair of very expensive prescription sunglasses in the vehicle. I called the same day (Aug 11) and they confirmed they found them. Now it’s August 24, I’ve called at least 5 times and keep getting excuses…manager will send them, manager may or may not have sent them, sending by USPS, sending by FedEx. Nobody is consistent. Now I have to file a stolen property report with local PD as next step. Ridiculous. Oh, and check contracts…gave me a car with 1/2 tank and tried to say it was full…and the mileage was off by close to 300 miles. Unscrupulous.

Rental contract was wrong. Car given with 1/2 tank of fuel but contract said full. Contract also was over 200 miles more than the odometer. Finally, they have my prescription sunglasses that I left in the vehicle. I've tried for 3 weeks to get my property back and they wont do it. Just filed a police report for theft of property. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Rented a car in San Luis Obispo, CA. Great experience. Easy to book online, no pressure at desk, and I got my keys at the airport desk before my luggage even arrived from the airline.
