My issue here is the management. The staff are nice and helpful. The lady on duty at 10AM 28 February 2024 managing is the kind of person that is not suited for facing the public. The man next to her is the kind of person suited for facing the public and should be in charge. I was told several times by this manager she would return my call to discuss pickup at Camp SLO. She never did though she said "I spoke to you" which is true but I placed the call. She kept mentioning they are short staffed like it's the costumers fault. When I dropped off the car today she asked how she could help and I said I was dropping off the car and needed a ride "No problem" in a normal voice. When I mentioned Camp SLO she raised her voice and started with the we are short staffed again and even though I offered to wait for the driver "no." In my opinion she refused the return ride out of spite.

Great rental experience. Friendly, helpful staff at this location. The location was also well-staffed with five team members, which makes a huge difference in the customer experience. . I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, and had two options to select from in my class of car. The vehicle was clean and appeared to be well maintained. There were a bunch of dead bugs in the windshield, but the team was accommodating about this. Overall, among the best rental wxperiences I have had in years.

I am singing the praise of EVERY SINGLE employee! The kindness the second I walked in through the door to the drop off they provided at the car dealership. I am dealing with an acute back injury and sciatic nerve flair up. Before I could finish my sentence for my request, they had such empathy and said they would show me which cars I am eligible for and I could see which seat would be best and most comfortable for me. The car was vacuumed, spotless and clean. Drop off was the easiest thing ever. I was told by the car dealership that they would drop me off to the dealership. I only saw one person in the office and asked if that was still possible. By the time to she took the keys and checked the gas gauge, a car was ready for me. I am so impressed by every single employee at the Broad Street Location!

Pick up was fast and easy. Return on a Sunday when office was closed was a little stressful as the lot was very full of returns so we parked the car in a handicapped space in front of the office. My husband waiting out front in his truck while I parked and put the keys in the slot and the business owner across the street was a bit irritated even though we were literally only there for a few minutes and ALL of her parking spots were empty so she literally had zero customers and none come in while we were there so we definitely didn't infringe on her business but she felt it necessary to make a big showing of asking us to move the truck AND taking multiple pictures of our vehicle. Not Enterprise's fault of course, but something to warn other customers about if they are planning a return when the office is closed.

I reserved a compact car but only had 2 SUV's to choose from. I had to go back the next day to get a different car. The car was fine.Sometimes waiting on hold for a long time on the phone. Was able to leave the care at the body shop but noticed the next day I left something in the trunk. # calls to 3 different people and they said they didn't have it. Costs me $100 to replace it!

Super busy location. Staff were awesome but struggled with inventory. They finally got me a car after a 30 minute wait. They cleaned it in a hurry and the car reeked of tobacco smoke. We had the car for a week and it took the entire week and a bottle of febreeze to finally get the smell out. I definitely left the car in better shape than I got it. Not sure what else they can do because the people were really, really helpful and nice.

I absolutely love this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in San Luis Obispo. Nico was a Hugh help to me. He made everything easy and hassle free. I’ve always had positive transactions with Enterprise and my most recent transaction goes to show that I made the right decision by sticking with Enterprise when it comes to renting a vehicle, can’t go wrong. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car in San Luis Obispo on Broad Street when you’re in the San Luis Obispo. You’re treated with respect and the pick up and drop off process was quick and pain free.

Grate Mazda mid size SUV. The ride I needed. Wonderful friendly staff. Drooff and key drop on Sunday when I needed it.
