The phlebotomist? 5 stars. Engaging, knowledgeable, and I didn't feel the prick of the needle. The process? 1-2 stars. I got in at 645 am in a Wednesday and didn't get my turn until 822 am. Only two on staff and no one at the front desk. This is Dignity putting the profit before the service.

This is not a Dr appt and it should not take 30 min to draw blood. The employees are talking too much ‼️‼️

Quirky little lab inside the Vons grocery store next to the pharmacy. Staff is super friendly and very helpful.

OMG sooooo slow. Sounds like a chatty hair salon. When you have 7 ppl waiting in the lobby you need to get work done, not chat about life. I am sure they are trying to make ppl comfy but geeeez. Don't show up between noon and 1. Get paperwork draw blood sanitize get to next person. This is one reason I stopped coming here but I need it drawn today and other lab is closed. Now I'm running late to next appt and will have to come back. I hate it here. One good point is decaf coffee is available and easy parking if you're not pressed for time

Awesome service. 8 people in the lobby, 1 person working. Only had to wait for an hour and 15 minutes.Then 2 employees show up as I am leaving.Figure it out folks.

The ladies that helped me out at this Lab were very professional, friendly, and comforting. I had a Cuesta Phlebotomy Student perform my draw and she did great and everything was smooth sailing. I went around 4pm on a Monday, and although there were about 3 patients ahead of me, the wait time was less than 15 minutes and the waiting room was pleasant with a coffee/water bar that offered various complimentary treats and juices. Great experience, will continue using this Lab as long as I am in the area.

Came over to this dignity lab in Marigold Center because Quest Labs had lost my appointment again... The staff here is very friendly, and even though I don't have an appointment, it looks like I will be served in about 15 min. My husband and I both needed labs drawn today. I made an appointment at Quest, he was a walk-in at Dignity. By the time I got back here from leaving Quest, he was already finished getting his blood drawn. It only took about 25 min to get in here without an appointment, the people are really friendly, and they have more than one phlebotomist (3) working, unlike Quest. I'm coming here from now on!!!

This lab is in a very convenient location with caring & friendly staff. They are efficient and knowledgeable. So happy this is the lab that accepts my insurance.

Do not EVER go there. I went there in November 2021. Received a bill for $171. I looked at my insurance’s explanation of benefits and it said I should only owe $3 copay. Now it’s April 2022, I have spent tens of hours on the phone with them, so did my insurance company. And sent them the EOB many times. Even had 3 way conference calls with my insurance and they are sending me to collection now for the $171 which I will not pay. I will take them to court if I have to. They are also billing insurance under French hospital even though the lab is not in or attached to the hospital in anyway except for ownership. Just another way to scam your insurance for more money.

Easy and painless. I arrived at 7am, name called off the list almost immediately, Camio did a perfect job, and I was leaving with complimentary coffee in hand before I knew it.

Amazing staff. Two girls and one guy. I didn’t get there names. So sweet and kind. most doctor places should treat their patients this way. Some people are scared going into an office or to get blood drawn. So welcoming and bubbly. Thank you team.
