I appreciate your service in allowing me to purchase excellent quality accessories online for use in my country, Ecuador. I suggest that you include the weight when packaged in the detail of each product (Very practical for those of us who require shipping outside the US)

Customer service is fantastic! I had a sizing issue and needed help with sizing and returns. Josh and Ian were so patient and kind!!!

The customer service at DW is the best. That alone is the reason I keep going back, but they carry the best stuff and have the best prices too. Same day shipping and easy returns…I don’t have any reason to shop anywhere else.

I always have a great experience with Derby Warehouse. In fact, I don’t shop anywhere else anymore. DW has the best product and prices, the easiest returns, the fastest shipping and the most helpful customer service of any skate shop I’ve used. I’m impressed with them every time I order.

Terrible "In-Store" Customer Service! Went in with my son excited to get information about different skate options, and ready to spend hundreds of dollars. The person/female at the front seemed annoyed by our presence, and every time I asked a question said "look online" for details and information. I asked again, can we get some help understanding the differences between skate levels/specifications before purchasing, the response was "look online" for that information. Also called a couple times before driving 20 minutes to go in person to the store and was on hold for over 15 minutes both times with no answer. Just a bad experience. Good luck

Highly recommend working with Derby Warehouse. Customer Service is great. I ordered the Falcon Pilot plus plates and shipped my old custom Harlick skates to have them mounted. I was nervous shipping my skates out but they were super friendly on the phone and quick to email me back with questions I had. About a 2 week turn-around and my skates were shipped back to me super quick with tracking. the mounting is perfect and I'm super stoked with my old "new" skates. ahah!
