I go in here to pick up a prescription, walk up to the counter and the pharmacy lady barks at me like I'm a child or something, saying I was in the wrong line or something when I literally just walked up to the counter. When I lived here a couple years ago, they were the same way at the pharmacy, very short with me, rude, and surly. Their customer service here is terrible.

I live down the street, I shop here twice a day. Ray and Will are always super nice. The two people closing tonight made me feel very uncomfortable. They took turns watching me from across the store and constantly asked me if I needed help. I’ve been in retail 25 years, this means they think I’m stealing. I’m wearing sweats and a hoodie because I got out of bed and needed to get some pain relief. I’ll just walk to Rite Aid from now on.

Went in today to pick up prescription, turns out the pharmacist was out sick today and the pharmacy part of the store wasn't open for business. Pretty sad state of affairs.

The team at this particular CVS pharmacy (717 Marsh St in SLO) is very special. On several occasions since we moved here 3 years ago, they (Kim, Angelica, Deb) have gone out of their way to ensure that my son with extraordinary needs ALWAYS gets his medications. His life depends on these medications so it's important to understand how much this means. There are times when there are hiccups with authorizations at the physician office or the insurance company but the staff at this location ALWAYS goes out of their way to make sure we get what we need. That is not required of them. The target cvs left us out in the cold without a care as well as the cvs on broad street. I've watched the staff here interact with the customers and they are always joyous and kind. I'm todays world, we need more of that.

About to visit Bubble Gum Alley and stopped here to get some gum! No one greeted us. No one working the registers. Self check out, we in and out. A few unhoused people outside asking for money.

I get allot of quality make up here as well as my prescriptions and sometimes snacks it's a very convenient store with really kind and helpful employees.

Had all day to fill my heart pills I need our I could die. Pharmacist was lazy told me to come back tomorrow after initially telling me it would be ready in a hour. 16 hours later. Thanks to Walgreens for being open you guys are the real rockstars
