My partner and I came into the store last year looking for a sofa. Andrew was extremely helpful; had a calm demeanor and didn’t push anything. It seemed like he really just wanted to help us find the best fit. After much deliberation and measuring, we went with a couch that we’re still happy with.The furniture seemed reasonably priced and the staff is great. Would highly recommend if you’re in the market!

Came in to couch potato the other day with the thought of purchasing a recliner for my fathers 83rd birthday. Went with my mother and my daughter and it turned out. It wasn't just a purchasing that we did but a whole experience. Andrew allowed the four of us to "test drive" Many different recliners and we all had so much fun doing so. Andrew , let us enjoy ourselves, let us relax, let us spend an hour and a half with my father picking out the perfect chair. I highly recommend that you have this experience a Couch Potato under the guidance of Andrew! He will not be disappointed in the level of customer care and quality of the furniture. Also, although we ended up getting the more expensive, bells and whistle's chair, we were happy to see that there was a wide variety of styles and pricing for all the pieces of furniture..

The staff was very helpful and allowed me to take my time and try out a recliner. Even though I probably exceeded the exchange policy, they were very accommodating and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They allowed me to do a simple exchange for a recliner that fit my body much better. Thank you Guntu and Jasmine.

They have always been very helpful when I go into the store, always ready to answer a question or provide info. I had a very positive/helpful phone conversation with Andrew who answered my question and found a way to get me the lowest price possible even though I wasn't quite ready to buy. No pressure!

Over priced, low quality. Couch pilled up within one month of ownership, coffee table began to delaminate around the same time. Honestly, for the price we paid, we expected higher quality.

For years we have been looking for recliners that "fit." We were delighted to find slim profile swivel leather recliners, not electric, that meet our needs--we purchased two! Andrew was very helpful, and the recliners arrived in Morro Bay in a timely manner. There was a glitch with picking up the recliners, but the staff was gracious and we remain pleased with our purchases. Thank you Couch Potato crew!

Excellent shopping and purchasing experience! My spouse and I just ordered a custom sectional from Couch Potato and are eagerly awaiting its delivery. Andrew was patient with our many questions, very knowledgeable in order to help us make a decision, and never exerted any pressure on us to make the purchase. If I don't follow up on this original post, then assume that the rest of our process (delivery, set-up, final product quality) was just as great as the first part. We loved the style of the furniture. Couch Potato has some mainstream, but also some European influences in their offerings that got us excited. We bought a living set and felt that the quality matched the price. Yasmin, manager, made great recommendations and was very helpful, and absolutely not pushy. They have cool stuff!

Great buying experience! Andrew helped me out and let me browse around without being right behind me like some places.Delivery was just OK. They caused minimal damage to my walls (upstairs delivery for one of the couches so understandable, no nicks, just scuffs, easily able to paint over). Forgot 2 of my pillows and additionally delivered a wrong pillow to me. The gentleman who delivered tried telling me I was wrong multiple times even though both of our invoices matched for correct amount and description of pillows, and tried to get me to sign for delivery several times even though it was wrong). I had to walk down to the store (I live downtown SLO, so minor inconvenience for me, but could be major to some) to resolve the issue myself and they fixed it right away without question, no apology from them, which is OK also, just explained why they were confused.Would definitely purchase again from Couch Potato and Andrew would be the guy you want to ensure your needs are met!-James

I purchased an electric recliner for my husband, three year warranty. After 3 years it quit working. I offered to pay to have it fixed. They said they had someone who could repair it for me. Good so far. I never heard back , so I called, and was told they would contact their repairman for me. Never heard back…called again….and again and I have been calling for over three months now and the chair is still not working. Sent a repairman twice to my house. Didn’t do anything either time. Don’t buy anything from this company as they will not help you if you ever have a problem with your purchase .

This place has a lot of beautiful furniture and decor. I purchased a reclining sofa and jellyfish lamp. Andrew was super helpful! He and his delivery team are the best!!

I purchased two tables there, Could not get any help from them to help me load them in my truck! Was very disappointed. I will say they would be my first stop to look for furniture or decor.
