They replaced a commercial compressor motor for us and sorted out 40 year old wiring that was originally installed in 1981 to run backwards! Our new unit runs smoother, quieter, and more efficient. Nice knowledgeable staff too! Thank you!

Contractors Maintenance is a diamond in the rough here in the Central Coast. Very knowledgeable and professional. They have helped me with custom plumbing work. Air compressor repair and so much more. They also sell many things other hardware stores may not have. I appreciate them being here for our business.
