Went in for a look, I have an idea of what I am shopping for. The"No pressure" attitude was a giant win. Site is clean, staff is very knowledgeable.
So, 5 years later my impression of the dealership is even better than before. They look after my car, and make sure I am represented in warranty disputes. While things don't always progress quickly, they've always solved the issue.
2 years later, my impressions have not changed. Should something change it will be reflected here, but to date things have been excellent.

Without the competent guidance and knowledge of Stuart Brownlee, our sales associate, we would not have purchased our beautiful Ram 3500 truck. We ordered the truck by phone, text and email, and Stuart always made us comfortable by providing succinct information about the truck itself, the trim features, the optional features and the pricing for all. Cannot recommend him highly enough. From our first phone call in early February 2024 to our pickup of the vehicle in late March 2024, Stuart always made himself available to answer questions, research options, and to clarify any misunderstanding we had about what we were buying and what we were paying. We hate it when people guess, and Stuart does not guess. No pressure, only guidance. We had looked at trucks at two dealerships in Tucson, but "came home" to SLO to purchase from Cole. Truly grateful we did. Highly recommend Cole, and especially Stuart Brownlee.

I have been to half a dozen Dodge dealerships and this is my favorite one so far. Great service dept, especially Jody. The lot is clean and presentable. The service dept looks top notch and the turn around time for my oil change was faster than they quoted me. Could not be happier so far. Also the Hellcat on the showroom floor is worth checking out just to drool over. Lol

I bought my used Jeep Grand Cherokee here. It was great till it started having catalytic converter issues. While I did have to make a costly repair, the work was done professionally. And when the part failed again, they honored the warranty because it was under the 36000 miles. Even though it had been longer than three years. Which I thought was pretty great. So from now on, I'll bring my mechanical issues here. They may be more expensive, but they stand by their work. i love my Jeep, and I'd do what it takes to keep her on the road. Talk to Tony in Service.

We just purchased a 2023 jeep overland 4xe from Cole Jeep and the whole process was seamless . I highly would suggest coming in and speaking with them before going elsewhere. They were calm ,patient , and kind throughout the whole purchasing process. we are local business owners and professionals and clearly this dealership cares about their clients. Thanks Stuart and Tyler for a job well done!!

The windshield washer on my Sprinter stopped working. I was told the reservoir and motor needed to be replaced at a cost of over $500.00 ($200 per hour now.) It turned out to be occluded nozzles, which could be replaced for $2.00.
