BMW of San Luis Obispo does care about its customers. My 2019 BMW i3 recently needed a very unusual & expensive repair. Diamato James went to bat for me and convinced BMW to cover the repair under warranty, and arranged a loaner car for me at no charge until the repair was completed. He called me every day with updates. Being a "Preferred Customer" really made a difference. Thank you Diamato James and BMW!

I purchased a brand new 2020 BMW X3 in December 2019 from SLO BMW, becuase I live in Northern California I did the entire purchase virtually, paid to have the car transported to our home. Things were great until this year when our extended warranties went into effect, and low and behold the maximum extended warranty and maintenance package that specifically requested were not equipped. I have attempted to call the dealer 8 separate times in two weeks, I have left my name and number for someone in finance at least 5 times and now for the general manager and no one has returned my call, i understand that I should have gone through and double checked the contract at time of purchase, however, I never received a full set of paperwork, I took a chance on this dealer because they had the exact X3 that we wanted and sadly they sell you the car but don’t take care of their screw ups.

My experience at San Luis Obispo was amazing. I bought the car virtually over the phone and Adrian and Michael Whiteside were amazing throughout the whole process. They send countless videos and photos and answered all my questions to patiently. Scott the manager was excellent and got me a great deal on a 2020 BMW X5 M50i. Their prices cant be beat! Amazing experience throughout! Michael even delivered it to me in Santa Barbara with a full tank of gas. Thank you Michael, Adrian and Scott for your teamwork in securing me an excellent new ride!!

Went in recently to see if my 2006 325i was part of the recall. My Ebony (the car's name) was not affected.
I received a complementary wash. My service manager, Steve, always takes good care of Ebony!

The people seem to be okay. But I have an issue with the vehicle after a week of purchase and they did nothing about it. I took pictures and they seen the car with the issue and nothing.
The service reps are not friendly at all.
