“As far as Ross stores go, this is one of the neatest and nicest I’ve ever been in. The cashiers greet you when you walk in with cheerful hellos and “welcome in”. I don’t know if I just caught them on a great day, but I have literally never seen a Ross with such cheerful employees!”

They actually cleaned up and organized the store. It looks like a new manager actually cares about the store. The place is much more organized and cleaner. The roof still makes me quesy as it's tilted in.

This store is the most dirty store I've ever been in. Thier is stuff on and trash all over the floor. Thiers used cups in muiltiple places. Also the roof is tilting in and looking at it makes my uneasy.”
“Nobody does Halloween like Spirit Halloween Store does!!! It is fun just to go there and experience their take on Halloween...If you have never been there before. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STOPPING BY!!!THE PLACE WILL BLOW YOU AWAY! IF YOU NEED A LAST MINUTE COSTUME FOR YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT IS HALLOWEEN RELATED. NO NEED TO PANIC... “I want to acknowledge both Erik Kvernplassen and Monica Vang for excellent customer service. My niece and I purchased several items last week at the SLO store and the two different cashiers left the security tags on them. I filled out the customer survey and made note of the mistake. In less than 24 hours, Erik contacted me and made arrangements to have someone come to my house to remove the tags. Monica drove from the SLO store to my house in north county so I wouldn't have to make a trip back to the store.
The SLO Nordstrom Rack maybe small, but the customer service is outstanding!”

“I haven’t written one of these in a decade, but after my shopping experience at Ambiance yesterday, I feel impelled to shout out Cat and Caleigh for their amazing customer service. They made me feel so comfortable in the store and went above and beyond to pick pieces that would flatter my body type and look. I ended up purchasing amazing new denim I never would have selected on my own thanks to their help and enthusiasm. It’s a rare thing to find a store packed with so many beautiful pieces AND employees that seem to genuinely love their job- can’t say enough great things about those two! Thank you!”
