Chris is an awesome gentleman, I have a 2007 Triumph Daytona that needed some new tires, grabbed some tires from cycle gear and he mounted them on in 30 minutes. My bike is currently in the shop getting some more work done and Chris has been great!

Chris is an excellent motorcycle mechanic. He adjusted my Electra Glide clutch cable in less than 2 minutes at no charge. Then he got my old & barely running Yamaha scooter running like brand new!

Scheduled an appointment and they were closed on that day. Asked for a discount or something for the giant inconvenience and bro basically said he was too busy too care. Big difference between being busy and being unprofessional. Guy might be a great mechanic but terrible customer service in this instance.

Was travelling the length of the PCH and ending up with a damaged rear tire, Chris was waiting for me to arrive with the tire from a nearby retailer ( CycleGear delivered by SLOPD who happened to be in the store!!), installed and balanced the tire and had me back on the road by the time I ate a burger!!! By far my best experience ever with a bike shop and if you live within a reasonable distance you should really count yourself lucky!!!Service: Tires

I’ve had Chris work on my 2006 ZX636 a few times now and he does great and honest work. Had a hiccup in ordering parts that took longer than expected, but he communicated updates all the way through. This is the go to shop in SLO for moto maintenance. He’s someone you can trust.

Sheena at the front desk is really friendly and answered any questions I had. Very transparent and knowledgeable mechanic. Chris was able to find the issue with my 06 CBR pretty quickly and was happy to install a new clutch I supplied while doing the new clutch basket and oil pump chain he recommended. It's great to have someone local who has such expertise. But the shop policy is they won't work on anything older than 20 years (which I completely understand), but most of MY bikes are older so I can't rely on this shop even when there are many vendors for getting parts. I wish there was someone in mid-Cal Coast who wanted to work on older original bikes, but there isn't any such option.
