Love this bank because their bank employees are wonderful. Whenever I have a problem, they are prompt in resolving it. Never a problem with parking, either. They greet my dog and offer her a treat. She likes coming here even more than me.

Worst service ever!! Anther big cooperate bank that will tell you what they can't do something instead of finding a solution. Will be switching business and personal accounts to a local bank that will be happy to take my business. Teller Jenny was the worst teller ever to deal with and branch manager Wendy did not help the situation. Will be filing a formal complaint with the FTC and the BBB along with a corporate complaint.

Worst experience ever at a bank! Waited over 10 min in line with 4 other people while one teller worked. Finallly got my turn only for the teller to tell me that I had basically wasted my time because my last name wasn't written on the check by the signee(it was a Christmas present) . he said I need to go back and have the person write it on there. Are you kidding me! So ridiculous! I will definitely never come back here.

I'm kind of shocked at the 3 star review of this branch. I've been a long time Chase customer and recently relocated to this area 7 months ago. I set up my accounts here and opened new ones, each time I've been treated with respect, professionalism and kindness by tellers, personal bankers and the receptionist. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jonathon Castro as my private client banker. Jonathon is outstanding individual and has "the customer comes first" mentality. I can't say enough about him or my great experience with this branch.

RUDE!!! The woman in the parking lot (today,) who was making sure that only customers park there, was screaming at drivers such as myself, acting as if everyone was there to park illegally. As a legitimate longstanding customer, her behavior was quite upsetting, and made me quite angry. Especially in these trying times, people should be given the benefit of the doubt, and treated with courtesy and respect, rather than treated poorly. She deserves a reprimand, and I deserve better. I'm seriously considering changing banks as a result of this unacceptable behavior.Rob K

Chase is the worst! My student account was hacked and they did not resolve it, did not return my money and they sent it to collections. Customer service is a joke. Their Fraud dept was rude and told me "once we make a decision on your case, and it is denied, there is nothing you can do." Do NOT bank here.
