This three stars is based upon an application that my business submitted for a line of credit I've had an account with Chase since 2010 in business and since 1992 personally self-employed... You can't talk to anyone they don't respond to voicemails nor to emails it's very frustrating this has been going on 3 weeks..

Bank manager denied me my escrow money of $400,000,000 because they wanted to try and keep it for themselves. I am the owner of chase bank. Every chase bank branch will be closed by tomorrow night.

I am currently a student at Cal Poly and came in yesterday very stressed about a banking issue that was the fault of my family's bankers at home. The issue was very complicated and had a lot of confusing layers which I couldn't fully express properly but Selina was amazing at helping me out and navigating everything with me. When I first came in and started waiting in line she asked me if I needed help with anything and immediately sat me down and started helping me with my complex issue. She was able to sort out the issue with me in addition to helping me get set up with my own login for the app and also helped me to set up apple pay and learn how to navigate the credit journey feature. Even though I was a stressed and discombobulated college student, Selina still treated me with incredible respect and patience. This interaction definitely made my day and took a big load off of my plate.

Very nice branch experience on May 2, 2022. I went in to ask about opening a new credit card. The woman I spoke to at the teller desk said that everyone was busy, but she could help me make an appointment. Fortunately she was able to get me an appointment two hours later that day, which was fine for me. I returned a little before my appointment time, was able to use the wifi for a few minutes, then Jose came and found me. He was friendly and professional, we got started right away, things moved along at a nice pace. He told me that the card I asked about was designed for travel benefits, which is what I wanted. He explained the sign-up bonus offer, collected the information needed for my application, submitted it and I was approved. Although I was initially told it might take 30 minutes total, we were done in about 10 minutes. Really appreciated the helpful and professional employees here, excellent communication about what to expect throughout the process, and the convenience of this location.

Love this bank because their bank employees are wonderful. Whenever I have a problem, they are prompt in resolving it. Never a problem with parking, either. They greet my dog and offer her a treat. She likes coming here even more than me.

Everytime I come here the line moves soooo slow. Pacific Premier is much much faster. The bank counter is about 60 feet long and only 2 or if lucky 3 tellers. Avoid.

I own a small business and always thought I would choose a credit union for my banking. When I looked more into Chase and worked with a gentlemen named Jonathan at this location - it became clear to me that there was everything I needed at this local branch. The customer service, support, rates and guidance he and the staff have given us - I am so thankful we made this choice. Every time we walk through the door we are taken care of, but we can handle almost everything online. Thank you Jonathan (and your teammate Jose today) for always being so helpful!

Worst service ever!! Anther big cooperate bank that will tell you what they can't do something instead of finding a solution. Will be switching business and personal accounts to a local bank that will be happy to take my business. Teller Jenny was the worst teller ever to deal with and branch manager Wendy did not help the situation. Will be filing a formal complaint with the FTC and the BBB along with a corporate complaint.

Worst experience ever at a bank! Waited over 10 min in line with 4 other people while one teller worked. Finallly got my turn only for the teller to tell me that I had basically wasted my time because my last name wasn't written on the check by the signee(it was a Christmas present) . he said I need to go back and have the person write it on there. Are you kidding me! So ridiculous! I will definitely never come back here.
