“Although I actually needed up not going through with my rental, I felt compelled to leave a review because the hertz agent, Josh, was so nice. She was very helpful in trying to set me up a reservation despite not having once in advance. 10/10 would use again!”
“It's too bad this location gets some really bad reviews. I got lucky, not only was my car ready and great but the employee was kind and was quite flexible when I needed to return my rental early. Yes, when I returned the car nobody was there but the airport is literally right across the street so a quick min. drive brought me where I needed to be. It's stressful to have your car break down while on a trip and their flexibility was a life saver after a stressful time. Thanks!”
“I don't understand the low stars. We had a great experience here. They got us a car; and when we needed to extend because of the truck repair issue, our parts were delayed in shipping, they extended with no fuss. Then the parts came in unexpectedly so we didn't need the car as long. She was very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this place and if we're ever here again we'll use them again. Thank you!”
