When I went to the bookstore, the people at the front desk did not let me use my 30% coupon for a hat I wanted to buy. Since my girlfriend was there, I didn’t want to make too much of a fuss, so I bought the hat despite it being much more expensive. Later, I double checked online to verify their promotional accuracy, and I learnt that I could have saved 8$ on a hat. Of course, I bought a new one online and will return the hat I got scammed on later today.
