βI was pretty scared to take my Tesla to anyone other than Tesla. So to say the least I was very worried I had made a mistake, but when I got my car back it was immaculate and the color matching was spot on. I was ? satisfied with their repair of my car! I will say they need to work on their communication, that was the only thing I would say but their amazing work made up for the lack of communication! I will definitely take any of my cars to them and nobody else!β

βTom is a master craftsman. His work repairing the damaged bumper and fender on my 2018 Toyota Corolla was excellent. He communicated with me promptly and clearly throughout the process, which took a few days. Will return if necessary -- but I hope to never see him again :)β

βI brought in my SUV in which a dent in the side door. I had gotten quotes from other body shops, some were quoting me over $4,000 to have the dent repaired. At minimum, the other shops were quoting me $2000. The shops were recommending very invasive methods to repair the dent that seemed unreasonable. I was super stressed over the high cost and I went to Rainbow for one last quote. John looked at the dent and quoted me $1300. He explained the estimate and the repair process clearly to me which I appreciated. John was kind and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision at the time. My car was fixed within a week and looked brand new. Two years later, it still looks great!β

They gave me an awesome deal on their demo C40 Recharge Ultimate, I didn't feel any pressure, and they were very professional and nice throughout the entire deal.I moved from NY and had trouble getting insurance due to the 14 day waiting period in CA and had to delay delivery. Rob was happy to mail me paperwork and hold the car for me. I ended up sorting out insurance a few days later and picked up the car yesterday.
