“My son has been resident of Mustang Village since April of 2021 and he has been enjoying living here every day since!
Our journey started when we stepped into the leasing office 4 years ago. By that time we already knew what apartment we wanted to get and wanted to clarify details about the complex and application process itself. The amount of help we got there was the first good surprise.
The second surprise was the complex itself. Very quiet, green, clean.
The third surprise was the apartment itself!!! Freshly renovated, in excellent condition. Needless to say we applied for it (my son as the renter and I as guarantor).
The biggest surprise that lasted for 4+ years was leasing office team that promptly helped me with every issue my son referred for their attention. Very telling example would be this one: apartment came with a couch and its condition was less than great. Son asked leasing office to help replacing it with one in better condition and they brought brand new couch! It does not get better than that.
Even when my son finished his education and needed help with my lease take over by another person, folks in leasing office were extremely helpful and guided us through the process professionally and spend a lot of time with us during the process.
I would like to personally thank the office manager Claire Ferris and Pamina who helped us navigate through complex paperwork.
Thank you Mustang Village for being such a beautiful home for my son in the past 4 years. We will miss you!!!

“I have been a tenant of Village at Broad Street since it was built in 2011. Leslie has been, by far, the best manager we have had. She has been the most professional, most efficient and most effective in the time her and her team have been here. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues or work orders and does great work all around. Happy to be a tenant with such a great group!”

“Fairview Apts. was a nice and easy place to live! Not far from campus (about a 5 min drive really) and also walkable to DT (about 1 mile). You get to park right in front of your apartment door which is great and made me feel safe. Also the cameras added ensured my safe feeling. Plenty of guest parking as well and a great view of mountains from the balconies! The balcony space was an added bonus that is hard to find in SLO. We had the 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhome and the space was great. Rooms were large, we each got our own bathroom, and still had an extra one for guests! Laundry is on sight and well managed. Property owner is nice and willing to help as needed! Also the property managers were awesome! They are always there to help and assist when you need and are always so sweet about it! Get to know them they're great! Overall, I enjoyed spending my last 2 years of college here. I had a great experience and am thankful for good 'ol apartment P!”
