We purchased several pieces of gold jewelry from Glen in 2019. Both chains broke, we brought them in for repair along with a bracelet and after 2 1/2 years, many emails, phone calls, dealing with his closed and open businesses we never got our jewelry back. Different excuse whenever we were able to get ahold of him. Very dissatisfied.

I was very pleased with Glen’s craftsmanship. He repaired 2 rings and they looked brighter than when I brought them to him, I highly recommend this business. He is also a very nice man and a pleasure to do business with!

My boyfriend and I went into this shop to get his ring that I bought him cleaned and when the owner Glenn Grego helped us he went to clean it and told us a Diamond had fallen off and in the cleaner which we've had had this ring clean many times and nothing has happened. He procededed to tell us that the diamonds were not real(CZ) and I know for sure that they are. He told us they weren't real that he would most happily put more real ones in four of course another fine or get us a new one. We then decided to take him up on his offer to put more in. But thought out the day I was really uncomfortable and conflicted with what this gentleman had told me so I called him and asked to cancel the order and I picked up the ring and took it to 3 other jewelers which all told me that the diamonds were real. When I went to pick up the diamond that fell out of the ring(which he didn't give me back when I picked up my ring originally) I let him know that I didn't appreciate that he lied to me about the diamonds and I wanted my diamond back and he proceeded to get very hostile with me which I didn't appreciate. This man is a very big man compared to me a 5'2 195lbs woman. I don't recommend this shop at all and I didn't appreciate how he treated me when I let him know his faults.

I love Anastasia's I've been coming to them for years and they've done great work on all my repairs. Sadly, my grandmother past away 6 months ago and she left all her jewelry to me. I took everything to Glenn from Anastasia's and he was so helpful, we redid some pieces, and made completely new things out of her old jewelry and he did a PERFECT job he really brought these pieces back to life and I just wanted to say here if u need a repair or a custom piece Glenn is you guy!!!! :)

Jewelry repair and replacing watch batteries was a good job. However I wanted Glen to duplicate a gold and turquoise earring 3 yrs ago. That was the last time I saw that earring. I’ve been in the store twice to check on it before Covid started, he said he was waiting to find the right turquoise. He’s a big talker and wastes time with long winded stories about himself. I’ve called and left messages. No response.. Not happy.

The reviews do not lie. Time again, as likewise in my case, he is late on delivery and insults you when you defend yourself by citing it was his delivery date, not the consumer's expectation, that set the ball rolling for disappointment. Nobody deserves to be belittled by a bona fide buffoon. Also, for anyone reading this who chooses to ignore the well chronicled behavior pattern set forth in other reviews, I wish you all the best. But be fully aware when doing business with this fellow that you are setting yourself up for his abuse if things do not go according to plan; so you'd better be "down" for mental cruelty, his specialty.

I'm sure this guy is great at making high quality jewelry and good at repairs.That being said, one corner of his shop is a case full of $15 junk rings from some online supplier. He sold me one for $175, lo and behold you can buy the same thing online for $11. Not happy

Disingenuous outfit. I was "lured" in because of the representation they could replicate a ring that was ground up in a garbage disposal. I had to make over FIVE -- count 'em -- trips before reuniting with what I had purchased. A lot of chicanery was employed throughout the whole process, i.e. "It will be ready in two weeks. " When I called at the end of two weeks, I was bullied with, basically, "Why are you calling?" Then there were power outages that "supposedly" hampered the fabrication process followed by an "emergency funeral" in L.A. proffered as to why the ring wasn't ready on the final date when I could pick it up!.The icing on the cake was the bogus $10,000 appraisal, nearly twice as much as I initially tendered for purchase of the replication. Really? When I got a more realistic appraisal elsewhere, the quality of the diamonds were deemed to be distorted as well as the entire karat weight. Go figure.

Left a $5.000 watch on consignment and the store CLOSED!! they don't answer the phone I can't get a hold of ANYONE to get my watch back BAD BUSINESS! If they were closing they should CONTACT ME and give me my watch back!!

I don't understand the bad reviews. This business owner is exceptionally wonderful, talented, and very friendly! We bought our wedding rings here. No problem! Look at his creation! Beautiful, real, exclusively designed like no other. Both rings have special markings that sets the pieces apart. We would highly recommend him! Screw the bad reviews, this guy is awesome. Give it a shot. Ignore the one star whiners. Not possible at all. We had ours sized too. No problem. 5 stars!!!

My fiancé purchased my ring here and I had to take it back multiple times to get sized correctly. One of the times I was told it had been resized, it was the exact same size that I dropped it off as. It hadn't even been touched. This process of going back and forth took months and I went the first few months newly engaged without a ring which was a big bummer.
