Although we did not end up repairing our transmission there, they were super kind and helpful with our issue.We had a p0740 code on our ram promaster transmission and they helped out figure out how bad it was. They test drove it to check the slip and looked at the oil to get a good idea and proposed and explained all of our options. They took a lot of the time and call a few places to help out as we were on the road travelling and living in the van and time and money were important to us. All that free of charge no questions asked.For time sake we decided to go to another place while our transmission was still working. So thankfull for the help on that stressful issue they were really nice folks and would have loved to give them our business.

Giving All Automatic Transmission a 1 star is being extremely generous. I have given them FOUR opportunities to do their job/profession properly and FOUR TIMES the transmission failed in the exact same way, breaking of the lifetime warranty hard parts! I kept paying them to upgrade parts AND labor every time I took it back to them to "make good" on their work. They just kept taking my money and I am still without a transmission that works at all! Out of good faith I listened to their excuses as to why I was still having problems and went along with their recommendations each time I took it in. The last time this happened was on the morning October 6, I called them to let them know that once again the transmission was completely dead, I was told that the owner was not available and that he would be in on the following Monday. I have heard NOTHING from them in the last 2.5 months! After speaking with several others knowledgeable in transmission rebuilding, I was told that they were obviously overlooking the original problem which has cause the failure every time. The 1-2 shifts have never been right, which I mentioned EVERY TIME. They would blow it off and make excuses rather than address the issue, therefore costing me well over the cost of 2 BRAND NEW PROFESSIONALLY BUILT TRANSMISSIONS! I am a local business owner, which is why I wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right, but at this point, I must stop doing so, since they are not HONEST enough to 1 admit and cover their failures, and 2 admit when they have no idea what they are doing and refer me to the builder that they were "getting advice and pointers" from in dealing with a problem they were unable to correct. SHAME ON YOU ROBERT & ALL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS FOR YOUR SHADEY BUSINESS PRACTICES. When I was there in person, most of the time they were messing around with dirt bikes rather than repairing transmissions....

First I did not end up using this company but, I was very impressed by the owners honesty. My car need a new transmission, I just happened to drive by and stop in and talked to T.J he was honest and told me what another mechanic told me also. I recommend this transmission shop because of that. Some may have just said they could do the job it would be costly, so Thank you T.J I appreciate you being so helpful.

Not only did they tell me that the transmission type in the new (to me) used auction car I purchased was not the best, but they saved my bacon when that auction transmission died. They found a Brand New transmission, a great warranty and put it in for me.When the transmission (not the work) failed less than a month later, All Automatic didn't blink and eye. They instructed me to return my car to them, tow it to their shop. I needn't come in, they would take care of everything it was under warranty. I got my car back and less than a week later it was acting strange. Being gunshy I returned the car. All Automatic looked at the car and informed me that there were major structural damages and that they would take care of it. They did! They have handled everything and usually at a huge discount from the competition. Give them a try. They are the best with the best, most honest customer service. They won't sugar coat it, but they won't gouge you either.Service: Transmission

I haven't Used them yet but I have spoken to them, and I am going to have them to have my trainy fluid draining and refiiied by them prior to my trip to see family members first San Diego and then ARIZONA THEN NW MEXICO AND THEN TEXAS AND THEN BACK TO ARIZONA AND THEN BACK TO SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY CA TO THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO CA

We were travelling through California when our care started having some transmission issues. Called the shop first thing in the morning. They fit us in right away. They checked everything out and didn’t find any major leaks as we thought. Topped up the fluid (it’s a CVT)Gave us back the car a few hours later at no cost.So refreshing to find an honest shop that does good work these days. These guys are the best. I brought my diesel truck in for a transmission service. I bought the truck 2 months ago and I had no idea if it had ever been serviced in the last 200k miles. Just want to share how I found my one, great transmission shop. For one, there are not many of these shops around, but I located All-Automatic and they took great care of me. Just straightforward, reasonable, skilled repair people and looking to help. It's how customers-for-life are created.
