Great service, quick and responsive, accurate information. I was able to speak with a representative immediately after contacting. Answered all my questions. I had initially sought another title research company before AFX but canceled the order due to failed expectations and lack of concern for what I needed. Glad I did. AFX has Absolutely amazing customer service. It’s refreshing to get reliable and competent people who understand what you need. The comprehensive abstract report is exactly what I need. I'm considering a foreclosure purchase and ordered a title search on the property. I'm a newbie and this was my first time ordering a title search. It took one business day to get the report back and it was not clean. I appreciate all they found. They made the process so easy and talked me through a few things I didn't understand. Would recommend them any day of the week. And if this property falls through, I will be back for the next one I'm considering.
