I had a great experience at both their Santa Maria and AG locations. I ended up getting my dress at the AG location and my experience was amazing!The inside is super pretty and elegant, which made trying on dresses there all the more fun! I got to enjoy champagne with my mom and best friends who joined me. The lady who helped me, Imelda, was super helpful in finding the best fit.Imelda went above and beyond with customer service. My dress arrived and she called me right away! Since she was going to be out of town and the shop was going to close, she hand delivered the dress to me at my house all the way in Orcutt. She knew how eager I was to have the dress in my hands and went the extra mile to make it possible (without me even asking!)Overall, I would recommend them 1000%!

Went here to get my wedding dress in June of 2020 (mid pandemic) and can finally post my dress as I got married last month. Heart's Desire did a great job during the pandemic of making me feel safe while trying on dresses. They also had a great selection for great prices. I fit well into the sample dresses and stayed under $1k! I loved this one and everyone at my wedding told me how much they loved the dress!

I had found a dress on Pinterest that I liked, and my mom had called around to NUMEROUS bridal shops to see if they had it. She called A Heart’s Desire and spoke to Ashley. Ashley was able to order this dress for us to come try on. My mom and I made the trip to A Heart’s Desire this past Saturday to try on the dress. The shop is absolutely beautiful, and Ashley is a lovely, stunning soul. She was so bubbly and informative. It felt like I was dress shopping with one of my best girlfriends. I tried on three dresses, and I ended up picking a different dress than the one that we had ordered. This was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this bridal shop. You will have a fantastic experience, and you’re in good hands with Ashley ❤️

I used them to buy my wedding dress and it was a pretty good experience. I took my good friend there to get her wedding dress and we didn't have a great experience. Enough so, unfortunately, that both of us said we wouldn't refer anyone there.

The worst experience in Tuxedo rental I've ever experienced, there pushing a high end product with low end results. Tuxedos are coming out of Visalia I believe, tattered, stained and and sized incorrectly. They should be ashamed, the shop has no onsite tuxedo's, shirts or pants to try on for proper fit. The in store models are new and not reflective of the product furnished. Embarrassed at my daughters wedding for such a low end product.

Pros: the people are super nice when you are trying on dresses (at both locations) (you rock mikayla! ). The dresses were beautiful and prices were manageable! A little more than I wanted it pay but the quality is sooo much better than big chain stores! I do love my dress but if you have any type of short timeline, I recommend shopping elsewhere! Cons: the person who called me about shipping my dress told me I definitely didn't need a rush on shipping... she told me it would ship on on a specific date... Once that date came, no dress. Then it was well past that date and no dress! Also no shipping info or tracking information that they could tell me! Super frustrating. I had to be the one to continuously call and follow up... definitely made a stressful time even more stressful!! All in all, love my dress but the experience to get it was less than enjoyable.

Loved this bridal store. My consultant, Mikayla was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful & patient! She made me and my bridal party feel so special! She was a joy to work with and she knew her stuff. I'd recommend her to anyone!

l made an appointment to try on wedding dresses after having a not so pleasant experience at another bridal store. The staff here was very friendly and professional. They listened to the types of dresses I liked and helped me narrow down my choices. They had several different dresses for me to choose from. They offer dresses for all different budgets and work to make your dream dress work within your budget. They also have dresses for your bridesmaids and flower girl too. They offered us champagne while we tried on dresses. They also have lot of veils to choose from. I was so happy with the experience I had here and wouldn't go anywhere else.

A Hearts Desire was such a wonderful and friendly place to get everything I needed from my dress to my fiancé's tux. All the ladies that work here are super friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel like you are at home. Definitely recommend coming here for all your needs.
