terrible experience. went to deal with TPMS light and found out 2 tires had screws. ok fine. one of the tires had to be replaced because there was fix a flat in the tire. BS. anyway 4 hours and 400 dollars later. (cost to replace 1 tire and plug a second) the TPMS light was still on. one of my tires was over inflated (55psi, supposed to be 36) and the sensors on the tire that was patched was not reset. I'm guessing they didn't know how to do it. they told me some BS to drive a couple of miles and it resets itself. The employees were very unprofessional, using profanity and being load and inappropriate in the lobby area infront of customers. SMH. First time going and Never going back! TRASH. oh. missing 2 valve caps as well. SMH. unprofessional amatures.

The staff are professional and very nice. Being a female, sometimes you feel like men in this industry can try and oversell you but I did not get that impression. They were able to do comprehensive check on the car and included details in the notes which was very helpful. Only downside is when I made my appointment, the staff have to handle the front and behind the desk duties so you may have to wait a little bit for someone to be at the front desk.

I’ve had tires replaced here before & everything was great. A few weeks ago my front wheel well protector was ripped off on the freeway after I ran over an object I didn’t see. I ordered the part and then realized the car needed to be on a lift. I brought the car in and the gentleman in the picture helped me. He took the car back and they installed it for me in between cars being up on the lift. I went to pay and he told me no charge.

I had an exceptional experience at Wheel Works while accompanying my fiancée for her tire change. The entire process was seamless and deserving of a five-star rating. Jimmy, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. After leaving my vehicle and heading out for breakfast, I appreciated receiving an update from Jimmy halfway through the service, which allowed me to manage my time effectively. Additionally, he presented an attractive offer for a credit card with six months of interest-free financing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you, Jimmy!

Brian was great. Went there after getting a quote for the dealership and another independent car shop. Brian looked at all possible ways to save me money on a repair I was not expecting as this is for my daughter’s car. He didn’t pressure me at all and provided a very objective point of view to let me comfortably make a decision on how to prioritize on which repairs to do first. Been coming here for years for all our car repair needs and they have been pretty consistent.

I wish I could give negative stars, I was on my way to work when I noticed my right rear tire was flat and 3 of my lug nuts missing on my passenger front tire. I kindly asked the manager if they can help me put air on the tire and quickly put 3 lug nuts that I had in my hand. He told me no because he had 3 waiters. I quickly explained to him that I am a current Foreman at Bo’s, imports in Hayward and can do this in less than 1 min. He got upset and told me to move my Hummer. That to me is the worse customer service I’ve ever had in my life. If this was Bo’s imports, we would stop for our customers to quickly get them going whether we are doing an R&r on an engine a r&r on transmission. We would pause and help someone out whether it’s a buckle tire that needed air. That’s our company we have top notch customer support. Then they have nerve to tell me that a grown adult is crying?? Shameful

I bring all my cars and trucks there ,they are always friendly and they always have quality tires at a fair price . I've been going there as long as they have been there . I believe at least 15 to 20 yrs

Had a appointment to get a tire repair and a rotation. I've been waiting 3 hours and they had my truck on the rack for 2. They also tried to sell me a tire because a piece of metal was in the outside of the tread not even in the sidewall and it wasn't leaking. The nail in the center of tread was.

Staff not friendly or knowledgeable. They belittle the customers behind their back. Did not perform services as advertised. They try to oversell their services. They said I needed approximately $4,700 of services. I went to a different place the next day and the services were not recommended. They did not recommend an air filter; the next place did and even showed me the dirty filter. Avoid this place and go elsewhere.

It would have been 10's all around, but they didn't have my tire even after I made an on-line reservation and they knew the size. So I had to wait a bit for it. But overall I'm happy with my tires.

I scheduled an appointment at 1pm, however when I left my car for the flat tire services, I was told that this would take 2 hours, after over 4 hours I called the shop to find out the status was told that my car was just being reviewed. I refused service and took back my car. I don't recommend this location

My mom has been with these people for over 2 decades, they tell you to drop your car off just to sit and tell you to pick it up tomorrow, their mechanics are garbage, they constantly take the car, do what they want instead of what the appointment is for and this is why people has left because people act on their nonprofessional manner with street behavior, well lawyer time because I have receipts
