I have been with Wells Fargo for more than 20 years. This bench getting more and more confuse. It is completely disorganized.

The older Asian lady always cuts me off 100$ short and staff don’t even believe me! Can’t even go make a cashiers check for my rent without peace. That lady needs to be checked

I've been banking with Wells Fargo on and off for about 16 years now and the service has just declined over the years from Oakland too Castro Valley kinda sad especially at this location finally switched banks today best decision I did.
