I started using Sam as a property manager a few months ago for a townhouse rental in Hayward. Right off the bat, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. There was some fairly significant remodeling work before finding a new tenant, which he managed very efficiently and promptly. What impresses me the most about Sam is that he's very thoughtful when it comes to dealing with issues/repairs. Simple things that other property managers would probably right off the bat unnecessarily hire an expensive contractor, Sam would first work with the tenant and/or try to address it himself if possible. Highly recommend Sam and Village Properties for all your property manager needs!

My family hired Village Properties and Associates to be our rental listing agent 6 years ago. Over the 6 years and 3 different tenants they handled every aspect of the rental process. This year we decided to sell the property. Village Properties was our first choice as listing agent and they were great. The tasteful staging of the home brought it to life. Jessica Medina recently helped me sold my house. She is very clever and professional. She responds via text, email or phone in a timely manner and super nice and patient. I was going through a divorce at the time so putting my property on the market, I didn't know how it would turn out, but Jessica made the transaction smooth and seamless. In less than 30 days, my property was sold and over 87K above the asking price. She closed the deal successfully. Thank you very much Jessica.

Sam and his team are very responsive!From phone calls, to texts, to emails they are adept at any medium. Since we are out of town landlords, it was best to hire a prop/manager at Village Properties & Associates to rent out our house. There was a quick response from Sam and information was initially provided per email. Sam was communicative to our calls/texts or emails and rental needs. We feel that his expertise and years of experience add to our final decision. We hope that our business relationship together with the new tenants will continue to be a blessing for a common good. God is good all the time. We appreciate your wisdom in negotiating for the family moving in very soon.

Village Properties is absolutely amazing. As a first time landlord, I had so many questions and concerns about the process but Sam was patient, always available and went well above and beyond what was expected. From the first walk through he did on our property to the minute our tenant moved in, Sam was always there to provide feedback and guidance. Couldn't have made this leap without him!

I cannot recommend Village Properties & Associates enough (I wish there was a way to give them 10 stars). We were faced with a very unscrupulous buyer and his agent and without Jessica Medina I don't know how badly things would have turned out. It is easy to sell a house when everything goes right, the test of a great agent is when everything goes wrong and you have a competent and honorable representative on your side. Thank you Jessica!

Our next door neighbor recommended Sam Medina as a property manager. As a local resident, Sam is familiar with HOA requirements and neighborhoods in San Lorenzo. While getting my property ready as a rental Sam made suggestions and listened to my concerns. There was one instance a contractor completed a project to Sam's dissatisfaction. Sam requested the job be redone. I was surprised, but impressed. Sam handled this situation with integrity. My house is now rented. I'm very happy with Sam and highly recommend him. Bernice Mac

Sam Medina is great to work with. He managed my property for many years and recently it was put on the market. He was a tremendous negotiator who was able to close the sale with a price that I thought was not possible. (On the high end). I recommend Sam as a broker or property manager to someone who wants results and a truer professional

We just had the most awesome experience with both Jessica and Sam. Initially we consulted Sam about the possibility of renting out our house. In the end we made the decision to sell our home and chose to have Jessica represent us as our agent based solely on our initial impression of Sam. We were thoroughly impressed by their experience in the real estate market from staging our home, making cosmetic/repair suggestions and pricing the home to attract buyers. Let me just say there was NON-STOP foot traffic (following COVID protocols) for the seven days leading up to reviewing the offers. We accepted an unbelievable offer and couldn’t have been happier! We were kept informed every step of the way through the entire process. We came away from our experience feeling more like their friends than their clients. Thanks Jessica & Sam!
