We have been trying to get a hold of TAX RETURN Prepares for months. They will not return any emails, calls or fax. We need our returns and I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me on how to get a hold of them?

I was a customer of Tax Return Preparers for years before they sold the business to Thomas. This review was based on my sisters experience with the new ownership. The staff is rude and they don't return phone calls, and I do question their taxation expertise.

These people are extremely rude on the phone. I called for some general information and they treated me like I was nobody. They didn't answer general questions and then hung up on me. I hope they do better with anyone else.
