Ellis helped walk me through many shoe options best fit for my needs on both occasions and helpfully explained the differences between the shoes, what they do, and guided me through the decision making. At one point I was staring at the nutrition shelf since I'm new to them and the crew at Renegade let me take them home to try! I really did appreciate that since I was so clearly lost. You can bring your own or select from one of their many choices ranging from durable to aggressive stringing options.- I got my racket restrung for $27 total. Turnaround time was 4 days. Dropped off on Tuesday and it was ready by Saturday.- The person who helped me was extremely knowledgeable since I'm a very casual badminton player. I asked quite a few questions and he was able to answer everything and make recommendations.- Tons of rackets, shoes, grips and everything in between.Overall, great place for your badminton and tennis needs! “The staff are very nice and helpful. However, this review is mainly about the Rugged Exposure house brand Journey II MF shoe. This was my late father's favorite shoe for walking and hiking, and when he could no longer do those things and his balance was bad, they were excellent support shoes at a fraction of the cost of specialized balance shoes. Later, when diabetes made his feet swell a bit, we just shifted to the wide width shoe. My father's physical therapist thought they were specially made for poor balance! Anyway, thank you Big 5 for supplying my dad with footwear he loved at a great price that he could wear at all life stages.”

“Paige was the one who reached out to me when I first walked into the store. She is very knowledgeable and she first measured both of my feet. I thought I was a 101/2 but it turns out my shoes were cramping my toes and the correct size I needed was 11. My podiatrist wears Hoka and that was the brand I selected. She allowed me to walk around the store a few times and my feet never felt better. I have Achilles tendinitis in my right heel and I felt to pain or irritation. I love the foam sole and great arch support. I have experienced a new way of walking on air. Paige is a tri athlete and very knowledgeable about walking and running shoes. The store has a great selection of various top rated brands. I will definitely be coming back due to the personalized service and fair prices.”

“Great help finding some comfy shoes. They have shoes that fit me comfortably. I have wide feet and was able to find something. My wife found some shoes that she likes(shes been on the lookout for a few months). The best part is that the prices are good. There is a clearance section in the back with a lot of different styles of shoes. They carry steel toe, running, walking, and even slip resistant shoes(to name a few kinds). I'll be coming back to get some more shoes in the near future. Maybe even check out some of the clothing options if I have some extra time. “Today I had the most overwhelming positive experience at Lululemon I've ever had at a retail store. Jelani (sorry if I misspelled your name) and Ruby had exceptional customer service from start to finish. Before I stepped in today I called to preface my concern. I had 2 shorts and a a jogger that had ripped on them so I wanted to see if there was any opportunity for it's repair. It was Jelani who answered the phone and gave me an honest and straightforward answer on how the repair process worked. Ultimately she directed me to come into the store for them to review. Upon walking in I was greeted by Ruby who already set the scene for a positive experience. We spoke about my tears and she ensured that in a weeks time I'd have a response on if it can be repaired. While there I continued to shop and like always I found things that fit me perfectly. After trying things on Jelani came to me and asked if I was the person she was on the phone with. Once it was determined my products were damaged to the extent of repaired Jelani quickly took action to ensure I left better than I arrived.
