Young worker named Ramon was awesome to deal with when I came in last weekend. Easy going, patient, eager to help. I came in to look at paint swatches and ended up discussing paints in depth. He gave me the rundown of what was top tier, etc. He's a great asset to the SLZ Sherwin store. I was set on using Benjamin Williams but since my painter only uses Sherwin and due to the help I got at this store, I think I'll be using Sherwin.

Went in on Labor Day and purchased 2 quarts of paint that were two different colors. One was correct one was incorrect. This was an honest mistake . Went back the next day and they fixed it immediately. I very rarely get a true sincere apology. Thanks. I can honestly say because of this experience I will only be buying my paint for my house from this location.

This particular location is far above others when it comes to customer service and assistance. Eric and the team are very helpful in getting materials you need. They will also go out offer way to locate it at other stores if necessary!

Angel was very knowledgeable and helpful! He helped me choose the best base for the paint for the projects I’m working on and made everything very easy.
